Shiny Retro Mew

I bought a Retro Mew Voucher for 1,350,000 PD from the GTS. I only did so simply to get the Eggdex & Dex for Retro Mew. I decided to save the voucher for when I received a full shiny boost from the fountain, for fun. I didn't expect to actually get a shiny at all. Especially when I know how difficult it is to get a shiny retro - especially on the first try! But we can be a bit silly.

Well Emera Town decided it would be a bit silly along with me - and I hatched a shiny Retro Mew!
The 23rd on site! What a great number!
Hatched on March 10th 2025.

I had a lot of fun with this, it was nice to have a variety of activities to do but I really enjoyed the drawing ones the most. I'd been in a pretty bad artblock before this and this lil party gave me a small kick to get out of it somewhat.
I loved seeing everyone's work & playing some games with folks too.
Great job hosting this!

	Decided to sit down and watch a movie today! I watched... Friends & Family Christmas! It was really wholesome, and it was lovely LGBT+ media. Also it made me so happy to see both women were already established WLW from the start with all parents/family being supportive. I also love the trope of fake dating that leads to real feelings. Made some cookies with my partner, they're not super "Christmasy" but they are for their Christmas Potluck at their job, so we had to account for some dietary restrictions.
They're peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies.

Don't mind the bites, we had to... Make a test tray.

(I couldn't be as involved in the cooking as I'm sick and didn't want to be in too much contact with food for others.)

	Okay so I might've Just went and made a 3D model of a snowman. My all time favorite! I've watched the first four seasons five times including the Dead Apple movie alongside each rewatch. I haven't gotten to watch the new seasons or the small side stuff yet. I've glanced at some stuff for the novels as well.
The character dynamics are some of the best I've seen written - the depth between each character and how each character is important to the story is SO GOOD. That's how you write a connected web of characters, lemme tell you. They write emotional moments perfectly, and they allow you to get connected to the characters over time. Let's not forget the fight scenes too.

I could ramble forever about this anime - but I'd like to avoid spoilers for anyone who might want to watch it. But man I can YAP forever.
