Good/Evil: Good, but becomes evil every time it hears a bell ring
Buffs/De-Buffs: Defense is at MAX
Appearence:

History: It was like every other Eevee, but one day it was captured by a scientist. He wanted to make a new Eeveelution, and that was the result. He put a virus on his body in case it escapes, so every time it hears a bell ring, it gets brutal. The new Eeveelution escaped without knowing about the virus.
