Blocking as-is is currently one of the most useless features of the site imo. It's pretty shocking and disappointing that Riako hasn't addressed the awful system in a whole TEN years of the site being around. Other similar websites have blocking systems that make the pokeheroes one look like it's stuck in the stone age.

I would personally love if blocking completely removes a user's profile and activity from your access. I dont wanna see their trades, their feeds, their comments, their posts, but of course that's apparently a luxury we're not (yet?) allowed. It's inane that we have a site with social features and significant avenues of communication where you can't choose to hide or restrict someone's online presence from your own view.

Wasn't aware of the tasks getting that much harder with your level now that makes me not even want to increase my level beyond what it is... the feature definitely needs a look at.

Still don't like the idea of guaranteed encounters.

I'd much prefer if the chance increased over time or, like I said, scaled with a person's interaction history. In regards to increasing over time, it could look something like at certain milestones, the base chance increases. It could keep increasing at certain milestones until you hit a fixed %, then when you get an encounter that % resets. So someone with 70k interactions and no encounter is going to have a higher base chance of an encounter than someone with 2k. It still keeps the difficulty while rewarding dedication and helping out those who have gone large stretches without an encounter.

I initially supported this idea but after sitting on it I think this is just unnecessary. Having a cap on the amount just guarantees the members with insane amounts of time to dedicate to interacting a free encounter and eventual shiny. Would only support if it's a wildly high number or scales based on your interaction history. I've been seeing people reach 50k interactions like it's nothing, so even a 100k cap is way too low. RNG is fairer in my opinion. Some things should be difficult to achieve. I would prefer more things stay difficult than making too many things easy, then there's nothing to look forward to.

Full support, the current berry market is effectively useless. 6 slots is nowhere near enough for the amount of items there are.
