Through the eye slits, Joy could see that Phillip was in a serious mood right now, his eyes had a specific glint, difficult to explain but anyone could tell it meant that he's not joking around right now. "Uhm uhm, if there is an emergency however I will need to leave you, depending on the type of emergency. "Oh by all means your highness, my morning is not wasted if I'm servicing the throne! Even in the smallest ways like standing guard outside of your tea date... Truth be told that would be more interesting than looking at pedestrians walking around and doing their own business... other knights can look after them anyways. I think I deserve more important jobs than that!" He flinched a bit thinking what he just said was a bit egotistical and disrespectful to his fellow Knights.... thankfully no one heard that, right?

"Is that so.... well, I never did fit in to be fair, did I?" he chuckled to himself. "Do you need anything?" He asked the Princesses, where he really hoped to get a yes as training with Regina seemed optional to him. She said it herself after all, he's a natural! So for now getting to help member of the royal family seemed to be much more exciting and worthwhile. For all he cared he could even be a servant to them, maid costume and all! But what if they said no? He'd probably just continue his boring old watch... or maybe go talk to Regina some more, it's not like he can have this easy access to her at all times.

"Wait- ah... too slow... oh well, might as well go start my shift proper... marketplace won't watch itself! Or can it..." Everyone around Phillip can tell he's overthinking this dumb question he asked himself. "Whatever, I should get going." He said leaving the baker's and steadily moving on his own towards the people's bazaar. A few friendly faces waved at him, and he waved back... a few much less friendly faces gritted their teeth and looked at him with both disgust and some fear...and yet even they could tell he was smiling at them, could that be why they hated him? He'd always wave at people, hoping that maybe that could make their day a little bit better, he'd stop when a child wanted to touch his sword or perhaps helmet and duck down to meet them. This was Phillip all by himself, his most serious and dedicated face. The one he showed the world without ever showing it to them, because the world never showed it's face back, at least that's what he thought.

"Awww, it's a shame you need to leave so soon, if you... really do wanna go homes together.... let me know. I will probably be on parole around the marketplace actually, lot of coincidences today it seems! Heh." Phillip was always like this when meeting new friends, very awkward unless they've known them for like a day, then he really went into overdrive. Most people found him annoying which is probably why he seemed so closed to himself. Hell some of his friends theorised he hides his face due to embarrassment! Whatever the case, he genuinely wanted to keep this farmer girl and her father company on their way outside the city walls, he worried for everyone who went there. Who knows what could be hiding in the dark?

I don't know about the other knights but I personally only get one night to sleep there instead of on camp.... would it be okay if I escorted you back? Phillip takes out a small marker and with a lot of excitement starts scribbling on the map without any care in the world, after about 20 seconds he puts it back down and points at Thea's house "I knew you reminded me of something! I live riiight.... here!" and when Thea looked back down a small stickman outside of a childish looking house (yknow... square and triangle) seemed to be no less than 1 finger's length away from her own."I've seen you working on the fields one night when I was coming back from one of my shifts! That's so cool!"

Phillip enters the bakery as the smell of breads,sweets and pastries drown his nostrils. "GOOD MORNING!" He yells in a way, really hoping someone appreciates this gesture. "I WANT YOUR BEST CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS, STAT!" He tells.... no one in particular, still expecting his request to be granted as he sits down thinking someone will serve him -no one will because it's a darn bakery not a restaurant, but he keeps his hopes high. Maybe someone will and at the least he'll just have to pick his croissants up himself. He fails to notice anyone there, too caught up in his own conquest for chocolate croissants.

As he saw Rosaline leaving he just thought to himself "Oh... ignored again." Were it not for his helmet he'd very obviously be seem extremely sad but hey! There's always next time! That thought process is what kept him cheery as ever, it couldn't be applied to everything but oh well, for the time being he should continue his shift but.... all the other knights weren't slacking off for once, probably General Reginas presence and he... hadn't done anything for himself in a while, it's always work work work. As the sun gleamed off of his helmet he thought "Maybe relaxing at the Bakers will be fun.... let's do it!" And off he went.

"Well.... I suppose I will join you if that isn't too much trouble, perhaps you teach me some new combat techniques! That would be really cool, General!" He very obviously was excited and couldn't contain himself enough for formalities and thus just kept fangirling behind Regina, trying to not attract too much attention to them-something the big gleaming armour he always sported didn't exactly help.
