Based on my experiences...each section of the site that rewards puzzle pieces seems to only reward puzzle pieces from specific puzzles. Example: Show
hidden content
I've played a lot of Hangman, and as
such, have amassed a large number of puzzle pieces from the last 2
puzzles alone and I've only noticed those two puzzles
getting pieces through Game Center activities.

After mentioning this to someone, they informed me that Dodrio and Tangela are in entirely different egg groups, and therefore should be considered incompatible for breeding. Neither Pokemon are holding any items. While I still have them in there, this could mean one of two things: 1. They will produce no eggs even though the Daycare states they are compatible; or 2. They will produce eggs even though they technically shouldn't be compatible. (EDIT) (EDIT 2) Once again, two Pokemon that aren't in the same egg group that the Daycare says are compatible. This leads me to assume Dodrio has a wrong egg group listed somewhere... [Read more] |

So this is how raffle prize distribution will go down: I will list the last 7 people who were eliminated from the number pool (and thus won prizes). Prize claim order will be the first place winner, then the second place winner, then the remaining prize slots. Why is it this way, you ask? Simple. If a person slotted as a first or second place winner doesn't claim their prize after a period of time (say, 2 days), that prize slot will be forfeit and move down to the next slotted winner. This also means someone who may have been eliminated can (in turn) win a prize. This ensures players who are active win a prize instead of one being lost to someone that entered and disappeared. So, without further ado... Second place winner - Fulton (ticket 47) (Jirachi holding a Lugia Voucher) The last 5 slots can flag their prizes as claimed and verify them, but will not have them posted on the GTS until after the first two slots claim theirs on the off-chance a prize forfeit occurs: Third place winner - Mandioca (ticket 36) (Delibird holding a Lugia Voucher) Fourth place winner - AbsolEmerald (ticket 63) (Dirndltank holding a Lugia Voucher) Fifth place winner - TheTrickster (ticket 66) (Delibird holding a Lugia Voucher) Sixth place winner - Jackling (ticket 2) (Koffing holding a Lugia Voucher) Seventh place winner - Hideyoshi (ticket 30) (Candaria holding a Lugia Voucher) Prize slots that have been claimed will be colored! Prize slots that have been picked up will be different colored! And for those extremely curious: the last true number that was left standing was 34, but that number was an empty slot. The second last standing number was 78. I may post the full list of numbers in the order they were eliminated after all prizes are claimed, but until then, the 7 people listed above have roughly 48 hours from the time of this post to verify their prizes. I think this is a recent bug, though not sure for how long. Some notifications from the Auction House have the PD image out of line. Based on what I can see, it's all on notifications for losing or winning an auction. Selling a Pokemon via Auction and being outbid are not affected. (EDIT) Upon checking further, it seems this problem might be exclusive to Chrome, as my Firefox displays it without issue. [Read more] |

While it's labeled as a raffle, this is probably going to be done a little differently than people may be used to just to spice things up. How is that, you ask? It's an elimination-style raffle. Simply put, when it comes time to draw for winners...instead of drawing the first 5 (or more) numbers and declaring them winners, I instead draw numbers and eliminate the numbers drawn, down to the last number. Last number(s) standing wins! If you need an example: Show
hidden content
Let's say I have 10 numbers 1-10 and I
start drawing numbers.
First number drawn is number 3, so number 3 is eliminated from the pool. Draws keep happening and eliminating more numbers. Let's say numbers 8, 1, 4, 5, and 10 are the next few eliminated, leaving behind 2, 6, 7, and 9 as potential winners. Next draw happens and eliminates number 7. Of the last 3 numbers, 2 is drawn, making that number the "3rd place winner". Of the last 2 numbers, 9 is drawn, making that number the "2nd place winner". By default, since number 6 is the only number remaining, that number becomes the "1st place winner". This is how the raffle will occur and this is how prize handouts will be determined. The only rule is "behave and be nice to other users". I don't want to have to remove someone for being on the naughty list! Oh yeah, and make sure the number you're picking isn't already taken, otherwise you might get a number you don't want! Prizes: Show

First place winner - 1x Mega
Stone , delivered by any Pokemon in my Extras or Extras 2 box.
Second place winner - 1x Lugia Egg Voucher , delivered by a Jirachi. Third through Seventh place winners - 1x Lugia Egg Voucher , delivered by any Pokemon in my Extras or Extras 2 box. PRIZE SLOTS WILL EXTEND IF I GET MORE LUGIA VOUCHERS PRIOR TO THE DRAWING DATE! 7 winners! 1 Mega Stone! 1 Jirachi! 6 Lugia vouchers! Current prize pool total value is roughly 1,200,000 ! Entry form and requirements: Show

Pokeheroes Username:
Favorite Color: Ticket Number: Delivery Pokemon: ^ Pokeheroes username is obvious. This is where your username goes. If this doesn't match your username, it's a void entry! Favorite color holds no weight, but it's a silly addition. You can put anything here as long as it's a color! Ticket number is the number you want in the raffle. If a user above you has chosen the same number, you will be given a different number as close to that as possible. One number per user! Everyone will (relatively) have the same odds of winning! Delivery Pokemon is the Pokemon you most want to deliver your prize if you win. You can choose up to 3 different Pokemon or state "no preference". NOTE: If you choose a Pokemon I don't have in either Extras box, or a user who places higher also chooses the Pokemon you want and I don't have multiples, there's nothing I can do for you. If you've chosen multiple Pokemon, I move down the list (first chosen, second chosen, third chosen) until I find one that's available. If there are no available Pokemon that you've chosen, one will be chosen at random. NOTE 2: You can edit your Delivery Pokemon preferences at any time over the course of the raffle, but you may NOT edit your number once your entry is logged! The list will start out with 100 slots at free user choice. If those 100 slots get filled, then additional entries will be tacked on the bottom of the list at a one-higher number (101, 102, 103, etc.). So if all 100 starting slots get filled, it does not mean you can't enter! Entries: Show

By that logic, Sky Pillar would be Flying and Dragon because of Rayquaza's typing, and Terra Cave would be completely restricted to Ground because Groudon is a pure Ground type. :P Think of it more as the environment they're in and not their typing. A Spooky Manor sounds like it's haunted, and "haunting" and "scaring" is almost always directly in the nature of Ghost and Dark types, so the chances of them being scared compared to other types is likely far lower. And to help answer the above: yes, after you clear 4 Giratina "mini games", you go back to the Ancient Cave page and you find a Spooky Manor map. As of right now...seems like exploring it takes forever. I'm on 3.5 days and still counting. [Read more] |
