"I think we did it" Said Pete resting against a tree. He felt like he was about to die from all the running. "Well, that wasn't easy" Pete said between breaths "Maybe we should train a bit more so next time we encounter those rednecks we can kick some serious ass! By the way-" Pete started rummaging his bag. The cube was still inside the bag 'Thank god they didn't took it' "The cube is still here" Pete took it out and showed it to the rest of the gang. "This thing is dangerous. We have to take it to somewhere safe don't you think?"

"Bulbasaur put them all to sleep with Sleep Powder! Guys grab all the things and let's run!" Bulbasaur used the sleep powder on the group's adversaries, creating an opportunity for them to escape and leave the mess behind. Pete grabbed all his things and started running with Bulbasaur right behind him.

Billy-Bob had the cube in his hands after searching Pete's bag. "Bulbasaur" Yelled Pete "Use Vine-Whip on him and grab that cube!" Bulbasaur used vine-hip on Billy-Bob knocking him out of his feet, the cube was sent flying up in the air, but Bulbasaur grabbed it with its vines before it went to far.

Billy-Bob got up and sent out a Weedle Marcus saw earlier "Marcus I think it's time for you to sent out Charmander!" Pete said to Marcus

"Yeah exactly! I ran on them before I get to Marcus and he told me the whole story. They were a bunch of rednecks or something" Pete continued eating the beans. He was not really a big fan of beans but boy was he hungry. He couldn't care less what he ate, he could even could have eaten a Magikarp for all he cared, eh was starving of all the things that happened today.

"Yeah it's fine by me, I'll eat anything!" Pete said sheepishly "Don't know. In my bag only I can touch it, I don't think pokémon will get to the cube there." Pete said a bit on the defense side. He didn't want to leave the cube on one side and on the other he didn't know why he didn't want the cube to go elsewhere.

"Well then let's cook those beans! I'm really hungry!"

"Join us Bulbs and Lucky" Pete send out his two man team to join everyone at dinner and let them out of the pokéballs for a while. Because of the cube, Pete never let got of his backpack, he as always thinking about cube even if it was just on a small part of his brain, the cube as always there. Pete also was afraid someone would steal it so he got cautions and carried the bag everywhere.

As the new team of friends headed out to Criton City, new adventures awaited for them all around. New Pokémons for each, new friends, new mysteries and new and old enemies, lurked around Marcus, Pete and Viper.

Sarah-Sue and Billy-Bob weren't as far away as the team thought they would be. The watched the cube episode with a lot of interest in the cube. But for now they will only follow the team and see what more will happen to them.

"Bulbs use Sleep Powder on both pokémons! That Growlithe is going to be mine!" Pete said still running after them! Bulbs put both pokémon to sleep and Pete got a chance to throw the pokéball. After a while the pokéball stopped moving and Pete went to get his new pokémon, a Growlithe. "I'll call you Lucky." After that Pete grabbed Evee's pokéball and returned it to Viper. "Here you go, and I think--" Pete started rummaging through his backpack"Yep, I also have an Awakening for you to give to Evee. Sorry about that" Pete laughed sheepishly handing over the Awakening to Viper.

"I think I say it rolling over there Viper" Pete pointed at some bushes not that far from the group. "Maybe we should take it with us, maybe we get to know someone who can tell us a bit more about it." Pete felt like he should take it with him. The thing had a certain magic about it, it was almost irresistible to look at it.

Pete snaped from his thoughts when he heard a little sound coming over from behind the bushes he pointed out earlier. "What is that? A Growlithe is holding your pokéball Viper!" Pete grabbed the metallic cube, put it in his backpack and started running after the Growlithe. "That Growlithe is going to be mine!"

"What's-- What IS that?" Pete said to himself. He didn't know what to do. He wasn't fast enough to help Eevee. The black portal was gonne as fast as it came. Even the Pidgey were a little dumbstroken. Nobody knew what to do after that imagem was pressed in their minds.

After a while the Podgey left and left behind the shiny object. It was a simple metalic cube. Pete went to check it out. He turn to Marcus to speak and noticed the girl who was probably the Eevee owner.

"Oh hey! That Eevee is yours?"

After a long time hiding to check what the pidgeys were hiding, Pete was starting to get bored of the waiting. He was becoming restless and could no longer wait more. Suddenly a Eevee was charging against the pidgeys.

"Where did that Eevee come from?" Asked Pete turning to Marcus

"Look out Marcus, don't get hurt! There are to many of them, we better leave them alone." Pete said but still very curious to see what was the shiny object hidden by the Pidgey. 'We can't attack them because we are outnumbered and there may be some Pidgeotto or Pidgeot around here so we have to be careful'

"Maybe we can hide from them what wait and see what they're going to do with that. What do you think Marcus? Or do you want to continue down the road?" Asked Pete turning to Marcus.

"That's good and right! Honestly I don't know. I don't know yet what I'm going to do. For now I'm just going to travel and meet people and new pokémons!" The flock of Pidgey chirped loudly, there was something in the middle of the flock and it shone brightly. The Pidgey were all around it. When Pete and Marcus came around it the Pidgey started to look at them and at the shiny thing in the middle. They're a little defensive of the shiny object. Pete was a little curious to know what that was so he started moving forward when three Pidgey got in his way. He knew he better be careful or he'd be sorry. Bulbs didn't like the Pidgey's attitude towards his trainer so he moved forward to remind the Pidgey who he was; The great Bulbasaur there is!

"Bulba Bulb!"

"Bulbs no, stay were you are. Let's reason with them. They're trying to protect that stuff." Pete turned to Marcus at this point "What do you think it is?"
