Chlorokinesis (Plant manipulation)

Pros: Allows her to "talk" to plants and control their growth. She may also be able to physically summon plants out of thin air. Rose usually only uses this power to block or distract others, rarely summoning dangerous plants that can actually kill or hurt other.
Cons: She doesn't have full control of this power, sometimes accidentally growing/summoning plants during wrong times. Because of this, she may hurt herself or and ally. (She can easily accidentally impale someone or herself) Using this power can also use up a lot of energy, making her feel drowsy at some times.

Delay/Weak Teleportation (I don't know how else to name this ability)

Pros: Rose can use this ability to predict the opponent's next move, allowing her to reposition herself and make a following attack. She can also use this power to teleport (for only a very short distance) to somewhere else.
Cons: Just like Chlorokinesis, this power drains a lot of energy, eventually making her exhausted.

She had spent most of her free time reading books about survival skills or sneaking out to practice hunting, in case if she was actually chosen for The Games. Doing this, it allowed her to become skilled at combat. Rose is also extremely smart, always trying to predict her or an opponent's next best move. Her preferred choice of weapons are knives.

Rose is partially blind when in sunlight (she isn't blind during the night or when inside a building), this can make her act slower than usual or become confused. She also has rather low stamina. Using her powers can easily tire her out. Rose isn't always great at swimming due to her low stamina, having a higher chance of drowning.

How long had it been? she thought, she had clearly forgotten the many days, or weeks that had passed. She also forgot the reason she was running, away from the city, away from her home, away from her friends. Running from what? She would never know.

Now, she just needed to rest.

The burning pain in her legs, growing ever so slightly. Obviously, she can't continue running nonstop, having any idea whatsoever she was going.

Little hands reached for glasses perched on top her head. Those weren't just typical glasses, those were glasses that allowed her to see and do things that no one else can do, to hack the world.

A holographic screen, in front of her. It was blank...

You got to be kidding me! she thought impatiently.

5 minutes she had waited, for it to finally work. The nearest resting place, a cafe perhaps, that's all she needed. She whispered her command, a red dot and a beam of light appeared on the nearest destination. But 30 minutes? That was to long.

Fine, if that will get what I want.

Whoops, wrong way

Turn left

Turn right

Wait, no, turn left again

Almost there...

When was she this excited? It felt wrong, but her eagerness to rest blinded her. The blindness of happiness had forced her to oversee a portal in front. She ran straight into it, and everything went black.
