History: Whenever Neona looks at the moon now her fur glows a bit, she became nocturnal-ish after her family went missing somehow, she became very shy also.
Other: I drew this, so hard :bubbly face: it's suppose to be an Eevee looking like a Shiny Umbreon. I forgot to add some small accessories, there's a headband that has yellow stars, one is big the other medium and the last small, the Stars stay in one side which is the right side, she also has a necklace that shows the quaver and beam creating an 'X'

Looks: It's in my Signature (can Mega Evolve (I think, but I don't think it was 'Mega Evolving' but I think she just can change her form), but I need to find out more about the Pokemon) (Pokemon: Meloetta, I believe that's how you spell it...)

Past: Knew only little of past; was in a forest once humming while sitting on a tree branch, was in a fire and had gotten nightmares from it, nightmares went away afterwards, traveled to different places, then came upon the walls and tried to help.
Other: She likes to hum alot, if you see some Pokemon, at least 3-5 they are listening to her hum, sometimes when she finishes humming she disappears.

Taylor was walking to go hunting when suddenly she thought she heard a stream, an active stream flowing, she followed the sound and there was sure enough some water, "Check that off, the water source is a pretty good distance," Taylor said as she dumped her hands in the flowing water to wash it, she washed her face and wet her hair a bit, she half stood half sat there listening to the arenas quietness then the wind blowing into the trees leaves, "Why am I alive? I should be dead, why am I not dead? Why do they want to watch US since they can take more children from the districts than revive us? I wish I am dead, but now plans changed. I'm going to try to live my best if possible for me," Taylor said as she got up and walked back to her shelter.

Melody decided to go in the building, something was suspicious in there, she flew towards the building, "I wonder if the crack is still there," she said, curious and wondering if the crack was still there, sure enough it was there and Melody flew in, she landed on the floor with a medium 'THUD' and her appearance changed a bit, her wings disappeared for the moment, her clothing was all different, she was wearing a beret-like hat with the cap part sticking out 3 inches, she was wearing a white striped green shirt with jeans that were between her knee and ankle height, with black slippers with a flower fabric like design on the toe top area, "Umm anyone here?" Melody asked.
