Haruna is taller than average. While most Eevee are only 30.48 cm, Haruna stands at 55 cm even. She is also very thin and lanky, which makes sense. Her fur is also very dark when compared to a normal Eevee's. The brown is a darker shade, but the ruff around her neck and the tip of her tail are both stark-white; as are her paws and underbelly. She has piercing violet eyes and tufts on her ears.

Upon evolution, Haruna becomes even taller. Towering over other Espeon, who normally stand at 90 cm, at a staggering 104 cm, Haruna is an absolute menace to Espeon as a species. She has dark violet stripes, similar to tabby stripes on a cat, on her body. The "whisker" tufts that Espeon normally have has simply become longer, curlier fur. Also, her fur in general is much fluffier. The jewel on her head is also black, appearing more like a black star sapphire than a ruby, The white fur on her paws and underbelly from when she was an Eevee are still retained.
Personality:
Haruna is highly intelligent, first of all. Analytical and cold, the woman could probably see through most people's facades of kindness and find a crueler side beneath. However, she's also very untrusting and comes off as rude. Well, she certainly is, but that's just because of her trust issues. She's always on edge until she finds someone who she can put her faith in.

she's a danganronpa oc who got adapted into a pokemon oc so i haven't rewritten her backstory yet. just assume it's all more realistic.
Haruna was born November 1, 2XXX to Eito Kobayashi and Nishi Watanabe-Kobayashi. She was an only child and had few friends growing up because of her rude and arrogant nature. However, she did have a close bond with her aunt, Yoshihime Watanabe, and developed a strong sense of respect for her.

While growing up, she attended completely normal schools, where she was well-known by her peers for her uncanny ability to predict weather with near 100% accuracy, much more accurately than most in her area. When questioned about it, she made a comment about “a lot of complex math and pattern recognition”.

This was a skill she had for years prior, but a major example of it being problematic to her life was when she was about 11. A few classmates accused her of witchcraft and fraudulence, and rumors spread to her entire school. Because she had no friends in the first place, this only made it easier for her peers to dislike her, as if her personality wasn’t enough. No one did anything about it, despite her telling teachers, the principal, and even her parents (who did support her, but still got no help).

Thankfully, she took comfort in her aunt, Yoshihime, and learned to take what others say with a grain of salt. (She actually gained a lot of life skills from her aunt, but she doesn’t make use of them considering she’s not in the ‘real world’ yet.)

Eventually, she made it to her freshman year at Silverthorn High School, and people just tended to avoid her there. Though, she made a point to avoid those who spread rumors, especially about her. She stayed focused on her hobbies and studies, and was eventually noticed positively for her knowledge in meteorology.

Matsukisu had chosen to make their way to a seat by this point. They were sitting toward the back now, which was probably the ideal place for introverts. The white-haired teen set their bag on their lap and began to sift through it, looking for something other than water bottles. After finding the object they wanted, they took it out and set it on their corresponding desk.

A large notebook with several tab dividers in it. Matsukisu began to flip through the pages and began to write. If one was to look over their shoulder, they'd see that the teen was scribbling down some sort of letter to their family. Cheesy, yes, but they wanted to make sure that, at the very least, their family would know that Matsukisu was safe and would begin classes relatively soon. Not like faster methods wouldn't work, they just wanted a letter to write.

On occasion, they'd look up and observe their classmates in their natural habitat, then quickly add something. It seemed a bit suspicious, until one was to realize that.. Matsukisu is just uninterested in idle chatter before class. They'd rather just wait for that to happen naturally.

The teenager paused to take a look at the time. Hm.. well, they still had a bit of time before class started, so they didn't need to worry about being late. They slung their bag over a shoulder, neatly avoiding smudging their fresh-painted nails. It didn't matter if they got chipped later, Matsukisu could always get more nail polish later, right? They brought a lot with them, varying with their favorite colors.

Matsukisu made sure everything was in good preparation. Uniform? Worn correctly. Nails? Painted. Water bottles? In the bag. They had everything they needed; they'd triple checked this morning. So off they go, heading to the classroom. Hopefully others had the same idea, so they wouldn't be walking in and catching a bunch of attention by being late. That wouldn't be ideal for the lone-wolf-introvert-type that they happened to be.

Just their luck, sarcasm. The classroom already has some people in it, meaning they may be noticed. Regardless, they'd just.. slide off to the side, hopefully no one would pay too much attention.

First day at the Crawler. Matsukisu was planning to avoid their peers at all costs, which included them hiding out in a corner to paint their nails. To be fair, they wanted to look decent to make an alright first impression on the people they'd be stuck learning with. Several bottles of water were scattered at their feet, mostly because they had fallen out of their bag. Upon noticing, Matsukisu scrambled to pick up the bottles.

Sure, one could argue that they didn't need this many bottles, but they preferred to stay hydrated, thanks. Plus, their Quirk required a lot of water, so they didn't want to use up their body's own store of it before anything else.. when it came time to train, anyways!

Matsukisu is a very introverted person who struggles to properly communicate with others. However, they can also be one of the most determined and stubborn people that the cast could meet. What's important to note, though, is that Matsukisu is incredibly intelligent and flexible with how they work. They aren't weak-willed, either. Despite a grumpy exterior and socially awkward way of communicating, this student definitely wants to help others.

Quirk:
Rainweather
Rainweather is an Emitter Quirk that allows Matsukisu to take temporary control of the weather of an area. If everything is in good condition and the area had consistent weather, they can take hold of a 30x30x30 area.
Rainweather is a very situational Quirk. As such, it is only rated about a 4-5 out of 10, but could very easily climb higher with proper training.

Further information.
[PROS]
- Rainweather is incredibly useful for a stealth mission as Matsukisu can adjust light and darkness of an area using clouds.
- Matsukisu is also able to ride the clouds they create while using their quirk.
- The 30x30x30 area is mobile, and if it’s focused around themselves, they can move it.

[CONS]
- If Matsukisu wants to make an area, such as a desert, rain, they need to have access to a source of water.
- They cannot drastically change an area’s temperature.
- If an area’s weather is inconsistent, it will be more difficult for them to control, thus limiting the amount of space they can control.
- They will black out if they try to go too far beyond the 30x30x30 area of weather control.
- It is a very exhausting ability and can easily dehydrate them if they have access to no water source.

i'll likely be adding another character or two to help fill in heroes/villains! or at the very least, i'll throw in my villain later. she's fun.
