2. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. This was another hard choice between Ace Attorney and Ghost Trick (both by Shu Takumi), but Capcom's 2001 game can't be beat. 3. The World Ends With You. A classic example of how Square Enix can make amazing works when they try. With a rich storyline and fleshed-out characters, this RPG is a must for any JRPG fans. [Read more] |

-The pokemon can still mega-evolve if it goes over Level 50. Simply give it a mega stone and wait for it to level up again. -By "bubble in the top right corner", SPF means something like this: ![]() Which appears on the Pokemon's summary page. [Read more] |

There were lots and lots of humans and other assorted animals living up there at some point in time, I suppose. I don't actually know, since I've only heard legends about it. Anyway, the humans built huge buildings and bridges and pretty much everything was connected to everything else, when a freak solar storm struck the Earth and got rid of everything up top, leaving behind nothing but empty husks of a civilization. ... Then how am I writing this? You see, only the people up top were hit. People that were underground at the time were relatively protected from the devastation, and blocked every hole that led outside to protect themselves. That was around 35 years ago. We've learned to cope with living in the dark, and we're slowly rebuilding, getting in touch with anyone else stuck down here. We've expanded our underground world as far as we can without causing a cave-in, and we even have huge cities now. Light's not a problem, either, since we have both electricity and some weird plants that make their own light. But sometimes, just sometimes, I feel like we could try moving outside. I mean, it's been 35 years. There can't be too much bad stuff out there, right? It'd be a whole new place to explore for us. Some more details about the setting of this RP: ![]() You live in the underground megacity
of Nu-America. Nu-America is a giant underground cavern directly
below where North America was, with 2 major districts - the USA
district and Canada district. The district boundaries themselves
don't much meaning, as racial segregation down there is virtually
nonexistent and people are free to visit the other district at any
time. While there isn't a district for mixed ethnic groups, it
doesn't matter since they're free to live in any of the
districts.
Electricity is generated through thermoelectric generators. The resultant smoke is funneled through pipes under homes to provide heating. All waste is reused in some way or another, and unusable garbage is thrown away in personal garbage dumps under each home. Food is comprised mostly of corn, which was the only crop which they had the seeds for in the beginning. Some other crops were recovered from the surface by daring scavengers, who were sent out weekly until the governors deemed the health risk to be too great and forbade all outside expeditions. The governing system is the same as a normal city, except with a few laws being modified to match the underground setting. For resources, Nu-America is pretty well off. As the main job is mining, they have a stockpile of steel and other metals. While water may sound like it'd be hard to find, Nu-America uses filtered underground deposits and filtered water from overground rivers. Rules: ![]() 1. No, you may not start out as the
mayor or some other celebrity.
2. I'd appreciate it if you had decent grammar at the very least. I don't mind one-liners as long as they do something to push the plot forward. 3. The password is your favorite gemstone. 4. Please make sure your character is not underage, as it'd be pretty unrealistic for a bunch of kids to somehow sneak out of a giant city and then manage to survive in a world that was bombarded with solar radiation. Also, I'd appreciate it if your character was younger than 35 years old, since a person who witnessed the incident with their own eyes would probably be watched at all times. 5. No killing other users' characters. It's plain rude. 6. If you see someone spam, then just report the post, don't talk about it in the RP. Form: ![]() Username: Your PH username.
Character name: Your character's name, of course. Age: Your character's age. Appearance: No pictures allowed. Please try to give a detailed description, and not something like "Black pants, black hair and black shirt, around as tall as a Sudowoodo". Personality: I'd prefer if you didn't make your character the standard emo character that's depressed and won't talk to anyone else. Password: If you don't know this, then you've probably missed something. *No backstory is required, as you're all people who were born underground after the solar storm. **No, you're not allowed to control multiple characters. Quality over quantity. Username:
Character name: Age: Appearance: Personality: Password: And here's an example of a correct form (mine) Username: ~Hatoko~ Character name: Lena Mavis Age: 22 Appearance: Lena wears blue jeans with a checkered flannel shirt with a left breast pocket. She is 175cm tall (or 5'9"), has dark brown eyes and shoulder-length straight black hair. Her shoes are standard black sneakers with white laces. She is neither stocky nor thin- just about average. She wears square brown glasses, although she can still see fine without them. Personality: Lena is outgoing, but not very athletic. She's the type of person that tries to befriend most people that she meets, but rarely succeeds. She prefers gaming over exercise, and likes to make everyone laugh, even at her own expense.
