I woke up to Entei's body shifting around. I wearily looked at him as he tried to get comfortable. He looks at me, expressionless.

"Psi left to defeat a gym leader. She'd be done by now but do you wanna see if she's coming back? I good walk would do you a favor," he said.

"I had enough yesterday."

"Sprinting for five minutes doesn't count."

"Whatever. We should probably wait here until she comes back. I don't want to cause any confusion."

"Your wishes are my command," Entei said as it went back to sleep. I called Poochyena out and the puppy ran around in circles happily. I shushed him and got a Poffin out of my bag (yeah, I'm really old-school XD). He stopped to beg, eyes huge. I laughed and threw the treat up into the air. Poochyena quickly leaped and caught it in one try. He made cries of joy while eating. I got up to look around the alley.

"Wait, how do you know Psi left?" I asked.

"Yveltal told me," he replied.

I cuddled up with Entei and looked around me. This was part of the city not too long ago. Striving with people and their pokemon. But then something happened. Only a deserted path and a small tunnel remains. This could be a good permanent camp, or until something bad happens at least. We could use the left-over bricks to build anything we needed and it was well hidden from the rest of the world. Yes....

"PROFESSOR!!!!!" a girl screamed as the grunts invaded the lab, surrounding her. Two grabbed her by the arms and lifter her up. A zubat bit her ankle. The girl cried as the blood slowly tricked off her foot. Pain. It was all she could feel. The zubat flew away as two grunts (a man and a woman) came up to her.

"Why struggle? You belong to us now-" the woman was began but the man blurted out. "You technically belonged to us in the first place," he proudly said.

"Thank you for the unnecessary info, Karl..." she muttered, "for we are your parents. We left you here for good use in the future. We knew that the professor would take you in and teach you as if you were his own. Giovanni is expecting you," she hissed as she lifted the girl by her shirt. "You WILL come with us."

I woke up, breathing deeply in panic. Memories could be man's greatest enemy.

My house doesn't have many windows so when the lights are out, it's PITCH BLACK. My sister has this pony toy about the size of a dog and it has the creepiest eyes. I was walking down the hallway one night getting ready to go to bed when I turn my head and see the stupid thing at the end. I nervously hop into bed and go to sleep.

The next morning, my dad simply taps on my door to wake me up. I lied there for a few minutes when I open my eyes to see the pony right next to my bed. I squealed and my heart skipped a beat. Embarrassing and completely scary for me......

I rummaged through the rubble until I found a few sticks to use. After setting them down in the middle of our "camp," I took out the broken garnet piece from my bag. I really wanted to summon Entei just like Psi summoned Yveltal. After all, I've only done it once. Entei rushed in from the path we came from and stopped dead in front of me.

"You needed me?" he asked.

"Could you light us a fire? I'm afraid we'll all freeze to death by the time I start it," I gently told him. He nodded and lit the sticks with ease. I petted him softly as he stood there, probably a little embarrassed. He made a nest/bed out of old bricks and dirt and lied down with his eyes barely open. I smiled as I sat by the fire.

"With the life I have, there is nothing to lose. One day I just realized that there is no use keeping secrets. If Giovanni wants me, let him have me. He'll just have to fight for it. It isn't the first time Team Rocket attempted to capture me. They succeeded as few times but those stupid grunts keep losing me," I softly said. The alley was abandoned and had a small tunnel to downtown in case of an emergency. We could settle here for the night.

I was a little taken back by the guy's words but shrugged and walked back in to see Psi wide-eyed. Down the hall, I saw a few confused doctors peeking out. As I heard the police cars' sirens going off, I looked at Psi.

"We better get out of here before we have to explain anything to the blue idiots. I hate Jenny..." I muttered as I opened the emergency exit. After whistling, Poochyena trotted to me. Turns out he was looking around the hospital the whole time. I gave Psi the signal and opened the door.

"Puddles, the torchic doesn't want to play right now. Let her get used to you first, okay sweetie?" I gently said, picking him up. He gave out a small cry and cuddled in my arms. I followed Sage and Melon to a nice cafe. I looked at the menu. There were so much food I never even heard of. What to choose! Puddles was eating a cookie an old man gave him earlier. He offered some to the torchic. I looked back at the girl.
