Rhuna knew the shadow that pat her, due to the shadow's aura. She wasn't even mad, just upset. She continued to let her tears fall to the floor as both of her hands kept her stable on the flooring. Her claws clawed the floor as her sadness grew. "Why do all these terrible things happen to me? What have I done to deserve this? All I wanted was a family... children that deserve a better life... there are so many children that plead for salvation... I will be the giver." She whimpered, having her eyes shut, her teeth gritted.

Auspice, did in fact catch the vial, well, one of her Taken Captains that came out of the shadows caught it, jumping back into the Darkness. "Thank you... errr... Renata. I will be seeing you again." She spoke telepathically before the voice completely vanished, not being heard again.

Rhuna sighed, letting off a low growl, watching Mercy walk away. Obviously, this goddess didn't REALLY know how it felt. "Fine. Be that way. You'll only hurt your family more..." She spoke before she continued to sob, thinking about her past life.

Auspice turned back to face the hallway. "For a little while. In the end, I don't care about them. I just wanted to get my payment for this. The head of all other followers, Rhuna, promised me freedom if I helped them out during troubling times. Ugh, I really do hate those other gods. Now, I'm free, there is no need for me to lurk around here anymore. I'm only still here because I get to fight Mercy. In the end, they are all meaningless trinkets, to be subjugated."

She spoke before starting to slowly walk off, then vanishing in the Darkness, as if it had welcomed her and let her walk its shadow-y plane. She was going to find Mercy again. She wouldn't stop fighting her until either her or Mercy was dead.

A flash of red flickered in Rhuna's eyes, letting out a wicked hiss, though, her anger quickly converted to sadness. Tears welled up in her eyes, and she collapsed to the floor, on her knees. Mentioning her dead family really weakened her.

"You don't know pain, do you? I have lost more than you could EVER know! I hardly ever GAINED anything in life! Yeka was the only person to bring me happiness again, and you are going to kill her! That hurts even more. Don't you DARE mention my dead family or children EVER again...!" She started to sob, dropping her glaive and putting her arms over her face, embarrassed. She hoped that Mona at least had some empathy for her. After all, hardly anyone in her family line was alive, that only being Vhaut and Rhulk. "L-Let that sink in!"

Auspice chuckled lightly. “Mmm… mostly because I have hardly ever talked to people that didn’t want to end me or arrest me right on the spot.” She looked at her own scythe-free gloved hand that was freezing cold. Not much later, she put that hand back to her side. “Auspice.” The Fatekeeper exchanged her name back, gazing into Renata’s eyes, as if she was looking for a hidden truth.

Auspice looked away from Renata, unamused. "Who are you? Are you another weak mortal that could have their life easily taken? Or do you serve a higher purpose?" She sounded cold and harsh as she turned back to Renata, gripping her scythe tighter. Though, to her, Auspice somehow knew that this woman should be known to her, which is why she asked.

Rhuna continued to run towards Mercy. Once she had found her, she immediately tossed her glaive, aiming at Mercy's shoulder. She could not let this goddess take her lover's life. "You will stop, unless you are begging to die." Normally, Rhuna would be more violent than this, but she was softened up, thanks to Yeka.

When the smoke went away, Auspice nor Rhuna saw Mercy anywhere. Rhuna started to breath heavily, quickly running off to where she saw Belladonna take Yeka.

Auspice was now left with Renata, keeping distance from her as she watched Rhuna run off after Mercy. Her hood was down, so her long, brown and royally done hair was visible, and her purple eyes could clearly be seen, unlike before. She kept her scythe at her side, thinking to herself.

"Hmmm..."

Auspice turned to Renata, knowing she was the one that impowered her, though she didn't say anything.

Rhuna was happy enough to see Renata, let alone being freed. She let Renata help her up, which was rare, and slowly stood up. "Thank you, Renata." She spoke as she turned to Mercy and Auspice. "Two gods. Battling it out until one of them dies. They are equals, so them fighting each other out will be quite the ride. If we try to get into the fight, we could just end up dying. Auspice isn't just any ordinary girl to ascended to godhood." She hissed, taking a step back. "She is so much more than that, and I hope she could take Mercy off the table. Its a 50/50."

Auspice coughed heavily due to the sudden smokescreen, but immediately searched for Mercy in the cloud of pollen.

"Aww, too scared? I knew you were pathetic and weak, just like everyone else."

She continued to confront Mona, not stopping in her tracks.

"As you may have, well, known, I have been watching. New head of the family? How fun. Shame, though. Gaia was a good woman..." Her scythe scraped across the floor, a hint of her purple eyes gleaming in the light.

"How does it feel being in so much power? Sad that I was cast out, but I think I will be known again by your family members after I take your life. Oh, their faces would bring me so much joy!"

Black demonic wings reformed on her back and spread out slightly, now feeling free once again. She was still many feet away from Mercy, but she could toss her weapon at Mona at any moment.

Rhuna hissed, feeling her energy weaken. "...go to hell. Have fun avoiding your fate." She whispered as she felt her power drift away. "Behind you."

Just then, from the darkness, a black cloaked figure that had their hood over their head appeared, cold air taking over the warmth. Her very presence could give anyone goosebumps and a chill down their spine. The mysterious person's chained black boots clattered as she walked slowly towards Mercy, holding their double-sided scythe in her left hand. She seemed to be wearing black gloves, and that was all anyone could notice on the person besides her cloak and boots.

"NO!" She snapped, lowering her glaive quickly and causing sparks to fly when it scrapped the ground.

"This is where you stop. You won't be going any further."

Rhuna then began to smile with wickedness, knowing what was to come. "Of course, the gods are your brothers and sisters, but not all of them love you." She started to chuckle as the aura in the air started to shift. The air started to turn cold, as if death was looming over both of them. As if their fate was being sealed...

"Oh, how I will cherish this moment..."

A voice spoke, but whoever owned that voice wasn't visible in plain sight yet.

Rhuna continued to keep a face of anger, pointing her glaive at the goddess, although she did plan this out before, so she was feeling quite hopeful. "If I die, I die with honor. I will fight until my last breath is drawn." She hissed, getting ready to swing her weapon. If Mercy got close enough. Even though Rhuna was quite confident, She was quite worried, her hand shaking in sheer fear.

Rhuna watched with pain as she watched Yeka get taken away, but she didn't have a choice. She gritted her teeth, growling as she turned to face behind her, noticing Mercy right away due to feeling such a powerful aura in the air. She gripped her glaive so tight, it hurt a little. She knew she couldn't defeat this powerful goddess, so she could have to hurt her through words.

"Well well, if it isn't the goddess. The one who took her mother's life and took her place!"

She hissed, her eyes gleaming with terrible malice, even Satan himself couldn't compare to the amount of malice that was in her eyes at the moment.

After minutes of running, Rhuna brings Yeka to a bunker of some sorts. She opens the door through a password and carefully moves her in there. Rhuna stays outside the bunker, since she was going to go fight. For Yeka and her protection.

"Yeka, my love. I must go and defend you. I'll distract them, give you time. Because I love you. So please, do not go waste this time. Try to... well... find where to hide that is not this... bunker. If I die, my lord, my love, know that I'll always love you, even if death gets the best of me.

She whispered softly, gripping her own glaive tightly at her own thought of dying.

"Hmm... this reminds me of the Fallen Ketches back at Sol. They were full of alien pirates... Eramis would have loved this place." She spoke lowly to Iteral as she kept a few feet away to her side, slightly behind. She knew what pirates do, and she made sure to be wary, because she has relics from several millennia ago, thanks to Rhulk. Relics that she had would definately be the golden target to any pirate.
