Kenji looked at the group. He knew they needed a rest from the chaos that ensued outside. The world was not what it used to be. Not by a long shot. With an evil organization using the chaos to take control, He knew he couldn't just sit around anymore. He walked away from the group and went upstairs to grab something. When he came back, He was holding a katana. It was his grandfather's. His grandpa knew how to smith weapons and made a blade to kill the shadowlings easier. Unfortunately, He died a few months prior to Kenji's meeting with these people.

Shawn Westling arrived on scene of the crime to investigate. When he walked inside the victim's estate he said, " Shawn Westling. I heard about the murder. I came to investigate with my new partner." He looked around and started to look for any specific clues but it was sort of difficult to find any due to all the glass on the floor. " Well, come on then!
