From the Wiki page for "Hoopa Quest":

"After freeing Hoopa, the real Quest begins and Professor Rowan asks you to find five Prison Rings which are spread randomly all over PokéHeroes, excluding the forums and special event pages. Those five golden rings will remain at their locations after the quest has been started and you collect them by clicking on one.
The Quest is mobile and desktop friendly and it doesn't require scrolling, so if you visit a site and don't see a golden ring on the current screen, you can stop your search on this page and move on to the next one."

Taking this into consideration, the rings stay in a set location and do not change. They will be at the top of the page, so if you do not see it, you can move onto the next page. Look around! Maybe there are places you haven't visited.

Here are some tips for you!

The easiest method of making PD early on is to either constantly click the clicklists and/or sell the excess items you get from rumbling and the Golden Slot, namely gems and Rare Candies. You should check the "Price Check" thread to see the range of prices for each item. If you put an offer up on the Global Trade Station, you will usually get offers. Save your Normal Gems early, however, for you will need 10k of them to get Ditto. There are other Pokemon that require gems, but I do not remember them, for my main goal has been saving up to get Ditto.

Get to know the community, add many friends! Most, if not all of us, are always looking for new people to meet and play forum games with. You can post on your wall in the "Notifications" tab (which also accepts BBCode) to get some community feedback or just chat! Play the forum games! Make a trade shop! The possibilities are endless.

And finally, for now, I suggest playing Plus mode on the Golden Slot. While the rewards aren't as good as Legend mode, you likely won't have enough Golden Game Chips (GGC) to actually profit from it, unless you click a lot. The rewards are still good, however, as you can get gems and Rare Candies.
