Terribly emotional for her line of work, obsessed with odd forms of fashion, often quite annoying, cracks when put under too much pressure, clumsy at times.
Ability:
Some form of telepathic communication.
Crime:
Multiple illegal acts. Most notably, her thefts, and a mysterious case of kit abuse.

She's blind in one eye-

Appearance:
The closest it can be to black fur, with yellow-green eyes. Her right back leg is a peg.
Personality:
Quiet, stealthy, patient. Much of her behavior can also be explained by the ever-helpful Wikipedia.
Ability:
Semi-invisibility--basically, she can become clear, or, if the time is right, she can become totally invisible. Lasts for an hour at most.
Crime:
It's largely unknown what truly got her arrested. She's suspected of involvement in Zora's kit abuse case, though what kind of involvement is quite a mystery, and, if she wasn't assisting in the abuse...

Zora asked, splashing a bit more water at Skye. She emerged from the river after a few moments of splashing, straightening up and looking at the state of her clothes. Quietly, she added--"..which one of us should be complaining, I wonder.."
