I really like the idea of having it eventually become "powerful" enough to activate site-wide for everyone to use :) I'd love it for something like that to come on site, especially if it means having it site-wide, so people who can't get beans all that often can still benefit from the "site wide activation" if that were in place, too! I would much rather have all the sprites done and on site, and then work on reworking ones that legitimately need to be reworked (flashback to the old mega gyarados sprite), or sprites with missing/inaccurate colours (Palosand, mega-alakazam, shiny mega sceptile was an example of something a PH user brought back to me a while back) There are little things here and there that can be fixed, but literally respriting half the sprites just because they're copy overs of the 3D sprites & converted into 2D format just isn't plausible at the moment. (by this I'm not saying it will never happen, it just isn't a priority) If we do that, we also need to redo /all/ of the other gen 5 pokemon that were released, from my understanding, all of those were also copy-overs of the 3D sprites/Suigi art and converted to 2D format. I would much rather keep on dishing out new events and/or finish off the alolans, than stopping what I'm doing, to redo some sprites because it's not acceptable to everyones standards :v I can't speak for the other spriters on site, but that's just my two cents :) (please, no hard feelings, I'm truthfully okay with people not liking sprites, but tbh, if there isn't an eye blaring problem, I don't really see why it should be changed any time soon, when we can focus on sending out more events/creating more site content to bring up the activity on-site) [Read more] |

You save up your gems, for certain eggs, (magikarp, weedle being the easiest) for example, you put aside a day to just interact to lab hunt, to hatch those eggs. (wouldn't this also be pay to win, because you're always buying your gems, if it's a strict gem hunt?) You save up for rare candies, make sure to click a lot, to ensure your pokemon gains the levels it needs, you still put aside your time to dedicate a few hours to make sure your pokemon stays in the lead. (you're buying your rare candies? more pay to win?) you put aside a day to just flip a coin, as boring as that is you're always preparing for something, you don't just accidentally get a medal, you work for it? this game isn't pay to win, it never has been. Berries are literally one of the cheapest things to buy on here, making 4kPD to buy a mere 100 berries is not "pay to win", "pay to win" is making it so users cannot progress in a game/website unless they literally give up real life money to purchase items to aid them. you can make about 5k per 2 hour rumble mission (once your rumble mission maps are a decent level), every 2 hours, within a 12 hour span, that's an easy 30k for doing absolutely nothing. you get boxes and keys to sell for PD, which rumblers bring back all the time. You can click, which is the main core function of this website, to get an easily amount of PD for berries, to save up for them. A rally is saving up for it, a rally is preparing for it, a rally is dedicating your time for one certain aspect of it, in the hopes to win it. It is absolutely fair the way it's working right now, there is no need to add a medal for clicking when it will always be between the same few people. THAT is unfair. [Read more] |

Although just to add on to this, a compromise I'd be okay with was if the ranklist would add in "most interactions for one day" that way, you'd be able to plan, like you would with saving up for berries, and chose an appropriate day that would work best with your own schedule, to try and get into the top 10. No trophies rewarded, but it'd say it's much better working off of that, then hoping to come up with 2m interactions over the course of a month [Read more] |

As for critiques, I think maybe just make the shadows a little more defined next time since it seems to blend in a little too much w/the reg colour :o @~Dcasom~ - I love that you're just doing so much more animation now ahaha, it's great!
