It wouldn't be fair if I did one of your orders and not the rest. but, guys, you can make your own lickies. Here:

Take that and color in the thingsd you want until you have an outlike. For this tut. I'll be making a Froakie ;)
It should come out with all the scratching done looking like this:

Well, I'm going to be giving you something easier, but that's how Froakie would look :3 Next, draw a red line where your shading will be:

Like that. The blue lines are for markings. You'll get rid of them later, I promise. Go to here to gt sprites and pick Official Artwork. Pick out one of them for their colors. I suggest the 2nd one that shoes up because of it's simpleness.

Fill in the lines with the color that would make sense. Make your own if there isn't any! Go wild.
Once you finish that, just go ahead and scratch in the BG.

Do the same for all of your frames, then, to animate follow the same instructions as the runners tutorial but choose to get a file from your computer and put them as more then one frame. Choose the sped and Infinate, adn click create, and you're done!

OOC: Okay...here i go...

IC: Dashing back to the clearing with the Ursaring attacking the human, Volt smashed into them with a quick Assurance, and growling a warning to the Ursaring. The Ursaring replied with multiple rude remarks, and proceeded to hit Volt with a Hammer Arm that left the Umbreon in the red zone. He pulled out a Moon Light, and the bear Pokemon snarled again, and so the fight went on.

Blaze was still dashing around, looking for Shinji.

Slash was still glaring at Dazzle, his missing eye still closed.
