Link stared in awe at the creature across the field from him. It was glorious, glowing with a light as pure as that of Hylia herself. The thing had a similar form to that of the Great Fairy of legend, with wings as bright as the sun. He kept his distance, know that approaching a creature of divinity such as this would not end well.

Hoodie walked through the doorway of the decrepit old building. It wasn't much bigger than an storage room, but it would do. He sat on an old stool in the corner, as Skin-Taker swung the moldy door shut. "Let's not stay here longer than we need to, k?" He said. "This place reeks of death." Hoodie nodded, leaning back against the wall. "Let me get a bit of sleep first and we can go."

Noises.... Life? Yes. Someone was here. His body whirred to life, creaking slightly. A soft glow came from behind his eye, providing a dim glow to his room. Two... People. One was asleep. The other didn't notice him yet. He stood, the floorboards creaking beneath his weight. His joints twitched slightly, an annoying issue over which he had no control. The thin man turned at the noise, his large red eyes blinking in surprise. "Hoodie. Wake. Up." His voice was low and calm, as if he were dealing with just some animal. He would soon learn his mistake

I NEED MORE CHARACTERS... Hope there are no Fnaf haters here XD

Username: Neverlight
Character Name: Springtrap
Gender: Male
Age: 60-70
Appearance:
Power: When not in view he can move at incredible speeds, practically instant. Otherwise he is rather slow.; Extreme Durability; High Physical Strength; Immune to Fire; Nightmare
Personality: Hate. The only word to describe this abomination. His mind has long since died, leaving only cold logic and raw emotion. The human soul is a volatile thing, especially when there is no flesh to contain it. He doesn't care about anyone but himself. He would gladly let others die rather than risk his own life. And he'll kill anyone who tries to stop his goals.
Personal History: In life he seemed to be just the head of security at a local pizza parlor. But he was so much more... A villain, a killer, a god in his own mind. He was responsible for the slaughters of dozens of children, and he got away with every last one. At first. Years later he returned to the decrepit old building, trying to forever bury those old ghosts of his past. But those old ghosts weren't finished with him. All it took was one drop of water, and SNAP. It was all over. Or at least it seemed to be. Thirty years have passed, and the man's blackened soul still holds on, unwilling to face what is beyond.
Other: YOU CAN'T

Link didn't care about the boys helmet, nor his lineage, so he ignored him. He stepped away from the group, giving a sharp call. Epona trotted up to him from where she had been grazing. He patted her neck before giving his saddle bags a once over. Everything seemed to be in order... And the saddle seemed fine as well.

Hoodie leaned against the nearest tree. They hadn't made very good progress, but he needed to rest. He might pass out otherwise. Skin-Taker gave him a worried look. "You stay there. I'm gonna check out the area, see if I can find anything useful." He said before jogging off. Hoodie stood motionless against the tree. He couldn't help but wonder what it was all for. What was Theark really? The Master always spoke highly of it, some paradise where we would never have to fear again. But where? And how? Why wouldn't he tell us any more? He sighed. He would just have to trust him, as he always had. "He will lead me Totheark..." He muttered. Taker suddenly walked back into view. "Come on, I found an old shack a little ways away. We can rest there for awhile." Hoodie nodded, propping himself back up on his crutch.

Whirr.... Creeeeak.... Groooan....

Link was a bit confused by Galadriel's response. Obviously she had heard him, but his mental link with Navi was supposed to be completely secure... He shrugged it off. It was obviously working to some degree since she hadn't heard him correctly. "Wasn't referring to you. He said, knowing the others wouldn't understand. He stood, brushing the dirt off his pants. "As long as they aren't bothering us we should continue with the current quest. Whatever that might be."

Hoodie limped along, a long branch serving as a crutch. Skin-Taker glanced at him. "How long is that going to take to heal?" Hoodie shrugged. "Who knows. A few hours. A few days. Healing is a bit unreliable for me. I heal faster when I use less of my abilities . That's about all I know." They continued in silence through the forest.

(He is from Guardians of the Galaxy, or at least he is the son of the main character. They are like the space Avengers)

Link rolled his eyes as he placed the extra supplies back into his bag. "Perhaps I am not the one Galadriel should be calling childish. This guy can't even tell a couple when he sees one." He said to Navi. He might not be very good at mental conversations, but it was as easy as speaking out loud with Navi. She snickered at his words, giving him a nudge. "Now who's the rude one, huh?" She scolded, though not very sincerely.

As wave of pain crashed over Hoodie's mind, blinding him. He fell backwards clutching at his leg. In the excitement, he had almost forgotten about the CROSSBOW BOLT! He gritted his teeth, breathing slowly. "Calm down. Your strong. You got this." Skin-Taker was examining the shaft, gently touching it. "Looks pretty nasty. Barbed, but probably not poisoned. Only way it's coming out is by pushing it through." He muttered. "Then do it!" Hoodie growled. Taker placed his palm on the end of the arrow. "Ok. One, tw-" He jammed his hand down, pushing the bolt all the way out the other side. Hoodie grunted, nearly passing out from the pain. Taker pulled out a long patch of skin, wrapping it around the bleeding wound. "This will have to do for now."

(I'm working under the assumption that the translation spell works in a way that Link hears the others in his own language. Let me know if this is wrong or doesn't work.)

Link looked up at Galadriel, very confused by her words. Navi giggled. "I think your translation spell has a bit of a flaw." Link shrugged. "More of an unfortunate inevitability. The Hylian language only has one word for lover, so the words you have both fit into the one word. That means that whatever you are saying only comes out to our single word." He waved his hand aimlessly. "It doesn't matter. I doubt it will come up very often." He quickly wrapped the bandages around Skye's wing, effectively closing it. "There. That should work for now. We'll check it later and see if we need to rewrap it."

(Hoodie can't regenerate. He heals quicker than the average person, but not nearly enough to be called regeneration.)

Link wondered what he had done to this woman for her to act like this. He
Made sure to keep his tone and face in check as he spoke. "I'm sorry, but I've been a bit busy attempting to heal your lover to pay much attention to your conversation. Anyway, what you were saying made it seem as though only the Stalfos could repair himself. As for the mans name, you knew who I was talking about, so why does it matter that I called him 'the hooded one'?" He began crushing the herbs, mixing them with water to make a paste. He smeared the paste onto the bandages. "Once again, not knowing something you've never been presented with should not be considered some sort of weakness or sin."

Link placed the ocarina back into his bag, walking over to Galadriel and Skye. "Before we attempt to do any killing we need to recuperate. I have a few medicinal herbs that can help finish off that wound." Navi flew back to Link's shoulder, unsure what else to do. "At least Quill got the hooded one pretty good. He won't be going anywhere fast." Link pulled out the dried greenery from his pouch, along with several strips of bandage.

Navi fluttered over to Galadriel, resting on her shoulder. "You should save your strength. Let the song heal you as well. Link's magic is stronger than you might think." The little fairy felt sorry for how she had acted earlier, so she hoped she could make up for it now. Link poured as much magic as he could into the song "In Your Mind, Walk Through Time; Back To Better Days. Memories, Like A Dream; Wash Your Tears Away." He could feel his own body healing from the magic. He knew that it would be some time until he would be able to cast a spell again, but he continued.

Hoodie fell to his knees, releasing the black void in his hand. Skin-Taker was then able to reform his head, snapping his jaws shut. He too fell to the ground, clutching at his skull. "I... Don't... Never again... I can't do that again..." He mumbled. Hoodie patted him on the shoulder. "Ok. We did pretty good. I won't make you do that again." He examined his gun, and finding it none the worse for wear, returned it to his pocket. Standing slowly he pointed out towards the nearby forest. "We need to get moving."

(I get that he is that fats. However you tried to end the battle and completely incapacitate my characters in one blow. Dangerously close to god-modding. On a more pleasant note, Mr. Widemouth is awesome and I'm glad to see someone else knows him.)

Link pushed himself to his feet, his head still ringing. Navi flitted drunkenly over to him. Link... Dark magic wounds... they need help." He spotted Galadriel kneeling over the crumpled form of Skye, while Quill limped around. He reached blindly into his bag, his finger closings instinctively on the small clay instrument. The blue ocarina was the very same that the Hero of Time, his ancestor, had carried through his journey's. Bringing it to his lips, he began to play, the slow ringing melody filling the air. "Day To Night, Dark To Light; Fall The Sands Of Time. Let The Years, Like The Gears; Of A Clock Unwind... The Song of Healing spread out through the air, filling wounds and breaking darkness.

(Umm, excuse me? No starlord. Just because he is fast, doesn't mean you get to completely disable my characters like that. Now I have to come up with some bullsh*t way of HIS ONLY WEAPON not being destroyed.)

(Also, earth shaking, tooth cracking soundwave is blocked out by headphones and rock music. Lol)

(And yes, I assume that if you were to heat it up enough the bullet would incinerate, but you would need such high temperatures that it would burn up everything nearby. The bullets are made of normal titanium, but the magic makes them stronger. )

Hoodie had to keep on the move to avoid everything Didact was throwing. When Quill blew up Skin-Takers head, he couldn't help shouting. "Idiot! What have you done?" Taker dropped to his knees, the black void still present even with his jaws gone. The sound kicked up in pitch and began rising in volume, raging out of control as the void destabilized. Hoodie tried to dodge the crossbow bolt, but it passed through his lower leg. He cracked Quill across the jaw, anger fueling the blow. His gun quickly regenerated in his hand, allowing him to put a bullet through Quill's ankle. "Let's see you run anywhere now, huh?" He limped over to the inactive Skin-Taker, grasping the void in his hand. The violent noise stopped suddenly, as both men teleported away.

(I was a bit confused since it is also called the Short Range Spectrum Augmentor. I'm assuming an arakh is the same sword from game of thrones right?)

(Also, are Skye's wings solid or incorporeal?)

Hoodie quickly sidestepped the boulder, pulling out his Glock. This time it was loaded with cursed bullets, infused with blood and dark magic. They could hurt anything, and were tracking as well. He fired a bullet high into the air, aiming at either of Skye's wings.

Skin Taker stepped back, the tip of the blade scratching one of his ribs. It left a long black burn mark across the bone. He took a swipe of his own, a non lethal shot of course, while turning up the volume of his scream. His own teeth began to crack from the force

(Isn't Promethean vision short range? They were way up on a hillside, beyond the range of normal vision)

Hoodie posted in on top of Didact's ship, his arms crossed. "So... What did I miss?" He quickly disabled Didact's electric items with a pulse. "I'm sorry to do this, but I cannot allow your quest to be completed. To much is at stake for my people." Skin- Taker appeared on the ground behind the group. "Even if it means the ultimate destruction of everyone else, we must obey. We will survive." For the first time in years, Skin-Takers mouth opened wide. Out from the gaping hole poured a despairing scream, loud enough to shake the earth, and so filled with agony it would make gods fear the torment this creature felt.

Link drew his sword at the appearance of the two,but dropped it to cover his ears at the scream. He really hadn't been expecting that. Navi fell to the ground, unable to maintain flight in the maelstrom of sound.

Link's hand went to his sword, and he scanned the surrounding area. "Are they close? Perhaps we can capture them quickly, and put an end to this before it begins." He didn't care what Galadriel said. If he found them, he would capture them rather than kill on sight.

Hoodie watched as the boy in green tensed up. His fists clenched. This stupid thing hadn't worked for long. "She found us." He spat, turning to Taker. "We need to move." Skin-Taker snorted, fiddling with a piece of grass. "Why? You can't hide us completely yet, so it doesn't matter where we go. Let's go mess with them a bit, stir up some trouble maybe! We can sneak around once you figure out the shield thing." Hoodie sighed. Maybe he was right. Stirring up trouble was their objective anyway, so why try and fail to hide? "Fine. Let's go." Taker stood, brandishing his blade. "Time for some fun!"

Link glanced at the strange handle object Didact had given him. "I think I'll just stick with the Master Sword. As for fire, I have this little beauty." He reached into his magic bag, pulling out a six foot red and orange staff. It was engraved with dragon carvings, and held a large red crystal on the end. "Fire rod. Perfect for all you Stalfos killing needs." He slid it into his extra sheath, where he could reach it easily. Navi sighed, floating aimlessly near Skye. "They're a royal family. What did you expect, what with all the importance of keeping pure bloodlines. They really lucky to have so much magic entwined in their family, or the royal family would have devolved into a pile of genetic disorders long ago."

Hoodie looked through his binoculars at the far away group. It seemed that Galadriel hadn't felt them returning. Good. He would learn to block it fully soon. Hopefully. Taker lounged against a rock behind him. "Soo... Why aren't we killing them right now?" Hoodie sighed, turning to look at him. "Because those were not our orders. We are only to hinder then. I assume the Master is taking care of the rest." He went back to looking at the group. They were much to far to be seen with normal eyes, so as long as he was able to keep up the mental camouflage they should remain undetected. "We still don't know what the true nature of Theark is, so we can't just go defend it. I'm assuming it is safe for now, so all we need to do is prevent them from completing their goal. Without killing them."

Link glared at Skye. "Umm excuse me? If you could not insult the only reason I'm still here, I'd greatly prefer it. Where do you get off insulting people you don't even know anyway? " Navi growled at her, an odd noise for a fairy to make, and flashed a bright crimson. "How dare you! You don't know anything do you? Link isn't his name, it's his title. And of course all the Links look similar. The Tri-force of Corage influences the appearance of the one who is born with it. As for the princess, haven't you ever heard of genetics?" She spat. Link didn't bother to reprimand her this time. This girl deserves the tiny woman's wrath. He turned to Didact. "Don't you have swords of some kind? Surely you thought of such an issue when making electrical armor? As for the Stalfos, the one thing I know of that can put down undead is fire."

(I wasn't trying to imply anything, I just thought you were overestimating her abilities. Never mind.)

(Also OMG PORTAL I CANT WAIT. I actually considered having GLaDOS as one of my characters XD)

Link nodded. "I will help. But we need to know what you're talking about. I assume Hoofie and Skin-Taler are the two missing. What is the Ark? And why do we need to destroy it? This obviously wasn't the original quest, so do we really need to deal with them now? I'm all for side quests but this seems like something that could wait until after we save the multiverse." Navi sighed, ignoring the conversation, and looked at Quill. She reached out and gave him the tiniest fist bump. "Yeah we're cool. Sorry for freaking out."

(Seriously though, how strong is Galadriel? I mean, I know she is the strongest thing in middle earth next to Sauron, but she is strong enough to tell exactly where they are and what they are thinking ACROSS DIMESNSION? That seems like a stretch, but ok)

Link was very confused by the two's anger. "Would you two mind explaining why you're so upset?" Navi glowed a dull purple, obviously not comfortable with the amount of power the woman were letting off. "Be careful Link. They are definitely compromised right now."

Hoodie gazed out across the open field. He had no clue where they were, but this is where the master had called him. Skin-Taker had opted to tag along rather than deal with Galadriel alone. The field stretched on for as far as the eye could see. He wasn't even sure they were in the same dimension as before. He had simply heard the call and followed. Skin-Taker broke the awkward silence. "Well this place sucks. You sure we're in the right place?" Hoodie felt a bit offended by that. "Of course I am. I am always sure." A tear opened up before them, similar to the ones Taker made, but filled with static. A black silhouette wearing glasses appeared. This was The Observer. He was the conduit to all the Proxies, relaying orders from the master. "I will not stay long. You will return to the world you came from. Do not assist the Elven woman in her quest. Her groups actions will cause the destruction of the Ark. You will do everything in your power to hinder them. Do not die. Do not fail. Goodbye." The rift closed, leaving only silence behind. "That was only slightly horrifying." Taker commented. "But we should probably get to work, huh?" Hoodie nodded. They had there orders. He would obey.

(Sorry for the wait.)

Vannister looked back towards the cave entrance. "Interesting. I'll look into, see if I can get them to calm down. Birds tend to listen to me." He shrugged. "Who knows, maybe they were reacting to my return. As I said, birds have an interesting attractions to me." He stood, turning to the door. "Anyway, I should get moving. I'll need to make a nest before dark." He looked over his shoulder at the girl. "See you around..." And with that he was gone, out the entrance and into the trees, the Hollowgast giving a small screech as it flew through the branches. He ran and ran, the cave disappearing behind him in the distance. Once he felt he was far enough away to be unable to be tracked, he turned south, moving towards his old nest. It sat at the top of the largest tree in the forest, an ancient redwood. It towered above the surrounding foliage, stretching about two hundred fifty feet into the air. He scuttled up the great tree, which had grown considerably since his last time here. After several minutes he was at the top. He sat for a moment, taking in the view, breathing in the cool air. It was great to be back. He quickly found the spot where his best used to be. A glance told him that nothing had moved in while he was gone. Good. His nest was a small hollow opening in the trunk of the tree, in a bowl shape. He slipped into the nest, settling down into the familiar groove. Sleep, that's what he needed. He would figure out the bird situation later. He lay his head down at the entrance of the nest, looking out at the forest, his forest. After a few minutes, he drifted off to sleep.
