False. Not much of a meme connoisseur, but I will go on reddit from time to time to look at fanart.

The person below me is lactose intolerant.

Kalani agreed, nodding her head along while also instinctively rubbing her arms to warm up. She hadn't realized it at first, but Sinnoh was noticeably colder than most of Alola, the only exception being Mount Lanakila and she wasn't up there often, if ever. Her attire wasn't much help either, as it was more suited for tropical areas, not the boreal regions of the planet. If they got moving she might warm up a little, though a coat or cloak couldn't hurt in the long run.

"I'd love to start going," She took a moment to breathe into her hands and then began rubbing them. "...but I don't think we actually said who all was going with who, or where we were all headed first." The thought of coats and cloaks brought up another thought: would they need supplies, and if so, how would they get them? She held her tounge for now, though she wanted that one anwsered before she couldn't feel her fingers.

Westling shut his eyes. His arms were crossed and his empty hand was tapping his other arm. After a moment of silence, he spoke. "I'll talk to the law enforcement about it." Rumors were already drifting about the murder of Madame English in the city. Everything from an assassin hired by her husband to a simple accident were thrown about in the pub last night. Westling was sure that if he went tonight the drunken philosophes would have already connected the two and would be placing bets on which sorry woman was next.

"Let's get this started, then." The file he held was shortly replaced with another. "Can you go get Miss Tiana Rosemary?" He was reading off the top of the paper. He promptly sat down on one of the chairs and prepared himself and the paper for the upcoming rounds of question-asking.

Westling was arranging reports when Xel entered. He pulled out Reyna's and held it in his calloused hand. The rest were left in a pile on their end of the table. "I hoped that this would have been a simpler case." he said mainly to himself. "But now with Reyna gone, this whole case seems more than just a crime of passion." The file contained what he had gathered from their interrogation, which was almost none.

"Why did the murderer kill her, of all people?" he asked. Looking to Xel for suggestions. He had some of his own, but wanted some input. She could have been hiding something that the purpetrator didn't want out, they could have been eliminating competition, be it for fame or better opportunities for dancing.

"How do you even use telepathy?" Kalani asked, more to herself. She might be able to do it, but no one had taught her how, if she even could. She knew that it was based in the mind, but everything else was up in the air.

Kalani perked up at the sound of her name. She had hoped that Nejire would offer to come with her, as she didn't want to explore all alone. It was much more fun to explore with someone else, after all. Kalani nodded in agreement. "That's good with me." she didn't want to sound too eager. She was also a okay with going in a large group, she would have more chances to make friends, but it would certainly slow their progress, and who knows what would happen if the plates got in the wrong hands.

Kalani nodded along as the conversation continued, but paused when she heard "telepathy". Did she have telepathy? She knew what it was, sure, but her and Solgaleo never used it when communicating, and they were both Psychic types. And surely Solgaleo would have chatted with her over the years if they could, right? Well, it's not the end of the world if she can't, she still speak out loud using words. "Yeah, right." she agreed with the young girl, though not as enthused as her.

"I'm a Psychic and Ghost type, so I can go look for the Spooky plate." She tried recalling what Arceus had told her when she asked for information about the other Pokémon assigned to the task. She was one of...two ghost types. Giratina was the other, and she already met Nejire. She would finally be going to explore more of this "new" world and learn more about it. She brightened at the thought, a bounce back in her feet. Eterna Forest and Solaceon Tower...they sounded like they'd be fun to explore.

Kalani wanted to ask why Nejire got sent to the Reverse World (What even was the Reverse World?), but she held her tounge. It seemed like a more personal question, and they just met. Sure they had similarities but she didn't think they were that close. She did know what antimatter was however, and controlling that stuff can prove to be useful, albeit destructive.

Due to her expirence--or rather, lack of--with the Sinnoh region, Kalani wasn't able to agree or disagree with their potential locations. It did seem like a lot of work though, and they weren't sure of the locations too. It did make sense that they would go to their type's respective plate, but there were so many psychic and dragon types, and this makeshift team didn't cover all the types, from what she was trying remember.

"I do agree we should split up by our cooresponding types, but what about...the Insect Plate, for example? I don't think we have any bug types here, I could be wrong though, but what do we do then?" She started fidgeting with her skirt, letting the thin fabric pool up in her hand. It was cool, but her hand was almost just as cold. Kalani also had no idea where any of those locations were, but she figured that they would get some kind of map or something. She'd ask about it later.

Westling entered the room and left the door ajar behind him. The room, unlike most of the house, was relatively modest with most of the art being moved to another place during the interviews. In its stead, an intricately crafted table rests at the center. On one end was his stuff he had put down just moments before and two chairs where he and Xel would sit if they wanted. The other end was empty, but a chair was supplied for whoever would be answering the questions. He went to unpack his items: a sheet of papers, an opaque paper screen, and writing utensils. He took some paper and a pencil and put them on the suspect's side. He propped up the screen in the middle. The rest of the items remained on his side. The setup was quick and simple, but that wasn't the main reason as to why he wanted Xel to be in here as well. It would be better if he asked sooner rather than later. How Westling would ask though, he was still figuring out.

The air reeked of smoke and salt. Westling snuffed out the cigar twisting and turning it until the end was only ash and dust. He looked up from his cigar and took a count. Everyone that was still alive, God rest their souls, was accounted for.
The sorrow and the fear in the room was almost palpable. So when he approached Xel, he started speaking with a calm, almost sympathetic voice. "Hey. Xel. We should start the investigation." Not only that, but he wanted to ask Xel about what happened during their interrogation with Reyna. Westling still needed to prepare for the interrogations that were ahead of him. He headed to one of the side rooms, assuming Xel would follow.

"Oh, I helped the moon rise back when the world was young." Kalani seemed almost giddy when talking about what she could do. "It does it on its own now. With gravity and all." She started to twirl her skirt, the gold trimming reflecting light back as she did so. "I also do other things, before the guardian deities came to be, me and Solgaleo used to watch over the Islands--them in the day and me at night. After they came to be though, people don't really remember me anymore." Kalani gave a shrug, she didn't care for the most part, but it still hurt a bit when she had no one visit her in years. Should she mention the wormholes? They could be useful, but she didn't know exactly how they worked. If she needed to use it she would though.

Kalani looked for someone she could introduce herself to. A lot of them were already in conversations, and she knew well enough that it was kinda impolite to intrude in a conversation with people she barely knew. Kalani noticed someone else looking around. He looked kinda intimidating, anyone with blood red swords and a black and red eyes was going to. It didn't matter to her, they would have to work together anyways. Kalani walked towards the man clad in all black with a hop to her step. She wasn't confident in full-on jumping, but she had gotten used to hopping around as she walked. Some of her hair spilled onto her face, letting her see how bright it was. The hair shimmered, reminding her of the stars she would watch over at night. It flowed into different shades of cool colors, but she wasn't able to see most of it in detail. She pushed it back and focused on what she was going to do.

Kalani gave a friendly wave to the man. "Hello!" she stopped waving and tried to make eye contact with him. She was shorter than him, though she was shorter than normal in this form anyways. "I'm Kalani. And Lunala." she stopped a moment to think. "I'm from the Alola region. I don't know much about the world outside of it, so I hope to learn more about it with this adventure. Nice to meet you!"

Kalani woke up to voices--human voices! Humans hadn't come to visit her in ages! Her eyes shot open, expecting to be at her altar. To her surprise, she was in a...forest? She also had legs. Long, gangly legs that she didn't normally have. She remembered now, she agreed to become a human to go find Arceus's plates. She looked around. There were all sorts of legendary and Mythical pokemon...? Humans? Pokehumans. They probably all had more expirence than her. Kalani pulled herself up using one of the nearby trees. Her legs shook, and if Kalani weren't using her new hands to grab one of the tree branches, she would have fallen. After the shaking subsided she let go of the branch and took a step. It was successful. She took another, and another. Soon she was running! She liked the way the wind felt as she ran, it reminded her of flying in the air. She stopped in her tracks, almost falling in the process. She should introduce herself! But to who?
