I feel that this suggestion still needs to be seen, so I am bumping it.
I fully support, even just for a 'reject' button if nothing else. It's not going to cause any disruption to the site and people won't get upset with it.
Sure, I could just 'ignore' the trade, but I think that's more annoying than rejecting it as the person on the offering end of the trade could know whether to keep their offer up, or cancel it to offer it to another user.
As well as I hate having a list of offers on one Pokemon that I don't want.

I really hope this suggestion gets considered.
