Appearance: A young Chinchou, with fins slightly larger than average. His lights on his antennae are also unusually bright.
Personality: Raymond is sociable and loyal. He generally prefers working with others and making peace. However, Raymond tends to be gloomy and pessimistic. He has an ingrained belief that he is unlucky, which might not be too far from the truth.
