1. I was hunting Articuno and I finally found a retro one at chain 109, I had one pokeball and 100 ultraballs, I used the pokeball, and after using couple ultraballs I mistakenly clicked the pokeball icon and a pop up said "Error! Out of pokeballs" and then all icons disappeared except for the articuno

2. I found another retro articuno and some shadow pikachus started appearing in the backscreen, when I mistakenly clicked one of them instead of the ultraball, my chain broke while I was trying to catch the retro and the page reloaded

Edit:
3. Another glitch where the shadow pokemons start to teleport really fast from one place to another without giving you the opportunity to catch them and it starts just when you find a wild pokemon before clicking flee
