Technology:A Vary Clever Tribe. They Only let humans join them. They use both weapons and magic but are not majorly skilled in ether. They would not be effected by war.
Tribeless:Tribeless are simply not in a tribe. Do to them not being in a tribe they are not bound to anything and can be who ever they want.
