"once there was a world, a world where all pokemon could live in peace. this world was protected by 6 guardians an 6 relics, but one day thanks to the actions of a selfish silvally the world fall into chaos. but thanks to the guardians celebi an jirachi they brought a human into the world. this human used the power of the relics an banished the evil from the world. but now time has passed an both the relics an our heros have been forgotten. but now there are threats both old an new appearing and an old foe has returned.

-its harder for pokemon to evolve, not impossible just harder (so you may not evolve at the right level)
-legendary's are actually looked down on or feared by most, no one really knows why
-there are things called "move charms" when equipped they let a pokemon use a move they couldn't before (for example a pikachu with water gun)

-if your an outsider then your allowed to be a human turned into a pokemon or just a pokemon
-only small legendary are allowed an only one of each (for example if im a cosmog then no one else is allowed to be a cosmog)
-its preferd but not mandatory that your a outsider, please it just makes things easier for me
