Hazepaw yelped as Miststar ran towards the scene, a sigh of relief sounding as the Twoleg kit was distracted, allowing his escape. He bounded away, only to stop and realize his mentor was still passed out. Whipping around, he saw Miststar running towards him, Eveningbreeze on her back. They easily outran the young Twoleg, making it safely back to the camp. His eyes were full of worry for Eveningbreeze, however, who had been slammed into a wall and knocked out cold. Hazepaw Hazepaw's eyes lit up excitedly as he bounded towards his mentor, shyly dipping his head to her. "Hello, Eveningbreeze," he smiled, looking up at her. As she began padding towards the forest, he already knew training was beginning. He learned some hunting techniques she was teaching him very easily, intrigued by the amount of things he didn't yet know and was learning. Eveningbreeze was the best mentor! Suddenly, it got darker where he was standing, and he opened his mouth slightly to drink in the scents around him. Twoleg! He gasped, whipping around to see a little one running towards him. He yelped in surprise, leaping away until he stumbled, slipping on the muddy surface beneath him. the Twoleg hands grabbed him, causing him to squirm and thrash about, but he didn't necessarily want to hurt it, for it was a young Twoleg... "EVENINGBREEZE, HELP!" He cried, only to find her blacked out. He gasped, and the little Twoleg walked over to her and scooped her up as well. Panicked, Hazepaw prodded her with his paw, but with no avail. Honeyfang Honeyfang padded over to her new apprentice, her cold emerald eyes softening gently. "Hello, little one," she mewed. "Congratulations on becoming an apprentice! I hope I will be able to teach you everything I know." Flicking her tail towards the camp entrance, she asked, "Shall we start now? I don't see why not." Snowpaw was a bouncy little white apprentice, so she would be able to learn quickly, and she seemed eager to as well. To start training right then seemed like a good idea. [Read more] |

Autumn pouted, nudging Rick. "Hey, I'm sure that wasn't her purpose," she said, puffing out her cheeks as she looked back at the Sliggoo. "So what were you doing there?" She asked, actually quite curious herself, although she wasn't really mad. Was the Quilava upset about it because he didn't want the Sliggoo finding out she was a human? That didn't make much sense though, since she barely knew him; heck, their meeting was him making her fall into the pond. [Read more] |

Honeyfang nodded, deciding she really wasn't thirsty and just wanted to be useful for once. She padded towards the fresh kill pile, picked up the requested morsel, and made her way back to the Medicine Den. Placing it in front of him, she scoffed, sitting back down. "Look, I know you want to make me feel better...I think...but it's alright. It's natural for me to blame myself, so no need for kind words." It was probably best if she stayed in there for a while longer so she wouldn't do anything to open up her neck wound, which seemed to be pretty bad. Honeyfang Once her wounds were treated, she looked down at Rainfeather and Miststar. The two had actually been beaten up pretty badly, and she partially blamed herself for not paying better attention to the two of them while she continued fighting the badger. Sighing, she gently nosed Rainfeather and asked, "Hey, do you want something to eat while I'm heading out? Seems as though Miststar isn't hungry, but I'm not sure about you." She shrugged, holding in a grumble at the pain she felt when she did. "I think I'm just going to get a drink, so tell me now if you're hungry or you're getting it yourself."
