Alright, you've been a great addition to this club, and I believe we're all sad to see you leave. but it's your choice and I believe we all understand, I hope you'll continue to enjoy the other site! @Noctis I think the problem is that you've made the figures too thin, as in they look squished. I think the shoulders should be expanded just a bit, and the waist also needs to be expanded, but be careful to not expand it as much as to give the(I'm assuming male character?) female proportions. @All Honestly I think I'll take my leave as well. This club was honestly very fun and it got me back into art. The reason for my leave isn't anything to do with getting critiques, more of giving critiques. While I am glad that people are practicing/making art on such a nice daily basis, it's getting really difficult for me to comment on every single one. When I comment on people's art, I try to comment on everyone's art that I haven't yet commented on, I'd find myself spending like an hour giving critiques/etc, and then within like a day there'd be just as much art. No, I don't want any of you to stop producing as much art, in fact I would like to encourage you to produce more. It's honestly more of a personal problem for me that I'm leaving and none of you should feel bad about it. I feel guilty when I can't give out critiques, and when I do it takes a big chunk out of my day and soon there'd be more, so I personally just feel that I can't keep up with it and would like to take a break from it. I might join back again someday when the club's remade and when I am able to handle it again. Once again, no one should feel bad about this, it's just a personal issue, and I'm sorry for anyone I couldn't critique/comment on. @Popplio I have also seen this as well, and I would think that such a feature would be a good idea. And honestly I personally think that there have been some that have pointed out the issue of not getting enough critiques, but have done this themselves. [Read more] |

Those are adorable! @Snow ooh, is that a Zoruark + Haxorus fusion? @Iris The ones for rep looks really cool! @selt Those all are really good, but I believe the bunny is a bit oddly proportioned, it's right ear is way too small compared to it's left. Also for the first one, try not to use the blur tool for completely bluring a colour, the face is okay, but the hair is the problem. The blurred shadows don't match how the line is drawn, and it just looks unnaturally smooth and shiny, without it looking more like a marble slab than actual hair. If you do use the blur tool, I suggest toning down the blurring, and adding darker shadows between the hair parts. @-hot- I love how you've drawn the wings, they're really detailed! Although I think the torso might be too long? Unless intended. @-nebby- Nice design! It's really cute, and it kind of reminds me of sand. @Foxly What a really well executed pixel! I do hope that whatever is the cause of your vent will be soon resolved : ) @Crystal I love how you've done the shading! Honestly, I've always loved those banners, they've always given me a nice surprise every time they've been on. Since I personally don't keep a list of mods birthdays, these banners help me a lot in terms of wishing them a Happy Birthday since they've done so much for us. This site itself has provided me with a lot of good memories(I always really enjoy the Halloween Events :>), and I'd like to thank the mods who've kept this site going by wishing them a Happy Birthday. But I can't do that when I don't know the day it's on, and those banners are a really simple but nice way of notifying me! [Read more] |

Nice design! It kind of reminds me of a spider for some reason, perhaps it's the eyes? :D I love the white winged creature as well, it looks as if it's glowing with the blue egdes! And those wings are great too! @-nebby- I really don't have any critique on that. It's nice how you've incorporated those presumed song lyrics! @Suiren That looks quite cool! I would pay for an icon like so! @The_Doctor Looks really cool! You've got a good handle on anatomy in that! @Lizz OMG the flowers are so detailed and gorgeous, the amount of effort you've put into this is clearly visible! I remember when you didn't have that style yet, and seriously your art has improved so much *0* @Lizz It's gorgeous! Although the snout(can you call it this?) looks a bit weird? Or maybe it's like that on purpose. I like that design as well, and that gif is hilarious :) @Snow ooh cool design! But I think the feet is a bit odd?? As in, I think they're a bit asymmetrical @-nebby- Honestly I like that open a lot! All your other art you've posted all looked a bit squeezed vertically, but this one doesn't and I personally think it looks better. @The-Doctor Wow! That drawing seriously gives the character a lot of personality! Nice! Although I think the use of softer brushes for the details in side of the lineart clashes a bit with the lineart. @Iris That dog base looks really cool! And I love how you have those spots of black fading into grey for your galaxy adopt! Although I personally don't like anthro that much, so I'll have to pass :') Also I think you've posted the last two already, and Ghel in that looks really happy! I also really like the art for Twerkzones as well, they all looks really clean! @Tech That fantasy background looks really good so far! Although I suggest blending the sun with the background more, since usually you can't see the clear shape of the sun. You've made a circle with a glow on the edges for the sun, and I think it'd be better if you couldn't see the circle's sharp edges, and instead just use the glow as it's edges. The mountain one also looks nice, but I heavily suggest to not use the blur tool for the snow on the mountain, because from what I can see you've also accidentally blurred the edge of the mountain, making the area of where the white meets the brown seem quite messy. I'm also really liking the eye : ) @-hot- Those skitty/shinx(I'm assuming) fusions looks great! Although I think the shading's a bit weird on the tail. And omg the folds on the skirt looks amazing! I envy you for your clothing skills. Also I once again love the warm sort of overlay you've given it. @Lizz It's seriously amazing! Although I think the right leg(folded one) on the boy is a bit unnatural? I just think that maybe you should move that leg a bit to the right, since as of now it looks as if the base of the thigh is connected to the other's leg's thigh base instead of being connected to the pelvis. If that makes any sense, I'm really bad at explaining sometimes ;_; Also those extras are hilarious @Suiren The animal looks really clean, and I really love the handle of anatomy you have there! Although I suggest leaving a space between the edge of the face and the eye for the right eye, since it looks as if the eye is being cut off by the face. @-Flamey- That mascot is perfect lmao Also that bendy one is so cool! And the use of the background colours gives off such a nice old dusty mood! [Read more] |
