Man, computer stuff is tricky
though I think the main reason this laptop is still alive is probably because it was my dad's old laptop and he had stopped using it for maybe a couple of years until he handed it down to me in March 2017 since my desktop completely died. (Graphics card issue I think. Oh boy it was FREAKY when it died)
So it guess how old it is doesn't matter, just how you use it. I somehow broke the thing holding up the screen, so I gotta make due with that until I'm older enough to get my own job. (Which I think I am? Idk.) Sorry I'm rambling alot

My dad did let me use his old tablet a while back to use at school, but I ended up not needing it, and the tablet was quite frustrating to use anyway, unfortunately. (It used Windows 8, which was quite confusing to me since I'm used to 7, auto correct was pretty annoying and the home button was super sensitive, so it being touched by my blankets would make it to go the menu..) Though I probably might end up having to use it again if this breaks down more, and I don't actually have any chance of getting a new computer as of now welp

It's a miracle this computer has lasted so long though, considering it's 13 years old. I've heard that alot of newer computers don't last as long.. (Whoops sorry this OOC message ended up being so long sorry-)

Welp I think my thirteen year old laptop is dying because now the screen won't even stay up without me having to hold it up... (Right now I'm using a sketchbook to hold it up as it sits on my bed but the slightest bump would probably knock it down... oof XD)

Stream sat at the table, eating her cereal for breakfast, though she was lost in thought. "Are you okay?" Her mother asks. "You seem pretty distracted this morning.."
"Oh.. it's nothing.." Stream says quietly, not looking up.
"Right.." Her mother says with uncertainty. "Well, how's the Aether Foundation internship going?" She asks with a smile.

When the call finished, Stream let her hair fall back over her ear, and went to change into her pajamas and get ready for bed. Once she was done she sat down in bed, and placed her large, round glasses on the dresses next to her. She stared up at the ceiling of the dark room and thought to herself. She really hoped that the Aether Foundation was wrong, and that Austin wasn't tricking her. But to be safe, she had to assume the worst, and make sure not to get to attached. She sighed and closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep.

It does make alot of sense, I think, so you're good!

TBH I kinda based Stream's personality off Dendy, though I'm pretty sure I made the character before OK KO came out but I didn't develop her much back then so year now I'm pretty much taking inspiration from Dendy with more awkward and shy elements thrown in as well

And yeah, I think that's a pretty good idea! It should happen later though, so those two can develop their friendship more before that.

She feel bad about lying to Austin, he seems like a good person to her, and she felt that what she'd been told was wrong. She wanted to report back and tell them that, but what if she ended up being wrong about Austin? She didn't want to feel like a failure if Austin did turn out to be a grunt. She then suddenly snapped out of her thoughts. "What? Huh?" She looks up at the sky to look at the cloud. "Oh... y-yeah.." She points to another cloud. "That one looks like a... swirlix."
