What is Little Cup?
Little cup is a battle format in which you use the most basic form of a Pokémon to battle.
Instead of Venusaur, you would use Bulbasaur.
Well, what are the rules of little cup?
Each person is allowed a team of up to six Pokémon with these basic rules:
•The Pokémon must be able to evolve.
•The Pokémon must be the earliest evolution stage obtainable.
•The Pokémon must not be on the Ubers list.
•The Autolevel MUST be set.
Results of breaking these rules will be disqualification.
Okay, what's the Ubers list?
The Ubers list is a small list of pokemon banned from Little cup.
Gligar, Scyther, Sneasel, Swirlix, Tangela, Yanma, Meditite, Murkrow, and Misdreavus. Pokémon like Cresselia or Kangaskhan who have no evolution or pre-evolution are banned. Pokémon like Pikachu who have a baby version MUST have the baby version used, the most basic stage. The use of these Pokémon will result in an automatic disqualification.
Anything else banned?
Yeah, there are a few moves and an ability banned.
The ability Moody is banned from Little Cup use.
The moves Sonicboom, Swagger, Dragon Rage, Fissure, Guillotine, Sheer Cold, Horn Drill, Double Team, and Minimize are banned. (OHKO clause makes OHKO moves banned.) (Evasion Clause make Evasion moves banned.
Well... How will the battle clauses be?
These are the clauses.
•Species Clause - Only one Pokémon may be on a team from each species.
•Sleep Clause - Only one Pokémon can be put to sleep by an opponent at a time, per team.
•OHKO Clause - Moves that score a guaranteed "One-hit-KO" on the opponent, such as Sheer Cold, Horn Drill, Guillotine, or Fissure, are banned.
•Evasion Clause - Moves that boost evasion (i.e. Double Team and Minimize) are not allowed.
Oh my gosh, any more rules?!
I have some personal rules:
1. Follow ALL ph rules.
2. Don't get mad if you lose- it's a game.
3. Don't spam!
4. Please use the form!
5. I decide disqualifications.
6. Make sure at least one person saves the battle video and posts the code!
7. Please start breeding your team after you are ACCEPTED. I cannot see this, as you know, but please be honest.

Yes, we can. I think that's all I need to say.
Wait! Is there a prize? When does it start? Where are the forms?
The prize is a Shiny Chinchou (PH), 100k (PH), and an OR shiny hunt (Omega Ruby, no legends or unobtainable Pokémon.)
2nd place gets a random shiny Pokémon from AuraBloodWolf!
The tourney will start at server reset on 8/23/15. (August 23, 2015)
