Smiling as Fog wanders over to Revron, satisfied that at least one prisoner was seemingly happy for their spouse today, he redirected his attention to the taller-than-most... girl... standing before him. It's a little hard to tell with this kind of species, he figures. Were those antannaes? That's cool.

"Gryphon?!" He takes a step backwards, putting a hand proudly over his chest. "I am a wyvern, my dear Lady. But, why, yes, I am quite mythical," he combs a hand through the little hair he sports.

"Anyways! I assume you are new here... You must be Lina-Marie if my eyes don't fool me. Your partner goes by... Huh?" He checks his tablet one extra time. Osiris? But he just let Osiris... through... Oh well. "Your partner is a guy by the name Osiris. You'll be living by Lynx Woods 13. If for some reason you can't find him in the next 24 hours, report back to me!" He shows a proper, toothy smile as he hands the girl her necessary equipment.

Pumping herself up just a little bit, Geira repeats the address in her mind as she walks away from the little booth. Short Street 3. Short Street 3. Short Street 3. No! Short Street 7! She's been repeating it wrong this entire time! Okay, one more time, from the start...

Nearly driving herself absolutely crazy, she walks a very familiar route. This is still the very same street she lives on, but it's... a little different. There's music playing, for one. Striding over there, she gets pointed over to a little table by some less than talkative other creatures. There are notes on the table telling her to just... grab whatever instrument and begin? That's a little careless, but she guesses she shouldn't judge too much.

She carefully reaches over to grab some mystical wind instrument. They have those in her own universe, although the appearance varies a bit from the one she's currently holding. She tries blowing in it, finding the noise pleasant enough. She'd just have to figure out how it works, then. Until. It turns to night. That's... nice...

Wy looks down at the new fellow approaching him. He looks down at his board, then up at the man again. Well... as much man as this guy was. It wasn't all creatures that appreciated being called man. For some species, it was a grave insult.
"Fog, right? Your partner would be..." He looks to the side, spotting Revron. He didn't have his spouse, right? Perfect. "Your assigned spouse is this lovely fellow over here, Revron Willow! You live by Griffon Alley 5. I'm sure he can show you the way. Have fun, don't die. Please. It's a lot of paperwork."

Mumbling a quick, "see you later" at Xeraphina and the thick air in the house that can just as well be sentient, Geira walks out of the door. Just get a job now...
She walks down to the job... board? What is it called? Whatever. There's a lot of people. That's what counts, rights?
She sneaks past a familiar snake-creature she's sure she's seen before when first arriving, and finally manages to take a peek at the board. Hmm.
She would never trust herself with poison. She can't craft stuff. She's not sure if she can even play music. And... well... She's not quite sure if she's that welcoming either. Geira wouldn't say that she's very tall herself, but some villagers are definitely shorter than her. And then comes the fact that most species here simply don't emote other than with their face...
No. Rather play music then. She can do that much. Surely.

Val suddenly feels as if he's a very small dog upon being gripped. Is this how that weird little chihuahua his elementary teacher always brought in felt? But he's a very big dog. The largest, some would say, (Val would say) so he tries to get himself free of Harper's hands with... mixed results. He isn't very strong.
"Isn't that just more reason to do it?" His smile stays strong as he glances around the school from his sitting position, exclaiming a little 'aha!' as he finally finds something interesting. "If I climb up there, I can stand on top of the school's building and jump over the specific buildings... Were... the platforms you jumped... flatter than these?"

Thea nods slowly. Yes. People were finally quieting down... going to class as normal students... just dutifully doing their law-assigned tasks... Haha, Father. You were proven wrong! This school is not filled with rebels!
She will tell him that when she comes home. That'll show him!
Shrugging at Alex' sleep... comment... 'He doesn't mean that seriously, right?' She walks into the classroom, whispering a little apology at the teacher as she takes her seat. Please don't let the loud guy come in again. Please.

"DIE?!" Val shouts, quickly putting a hand in front of his face to mute the noise as he quickly realizes this whole plan is a stealth mission. He puts up his best tough guy accent. He's plenty tough, actually. His grandma's always impressed on how big he's become over the years... Positively meant!
"Maybe I will attempt it, then! Where do I... try? Do it? Try doing it?"

"This is it, Geira!!!" The young wolf thinks as she storms up to the imp with no other sense of direction than her trusty ol' nose.
She looks up at Xeraphina once she finally reaches her. She's not sure how she exactly... wanted this to play out. Humanoid creatures would, after the rumors, instantly hug any wolf in feral form. Geira's not very... entertained by that thought. Being surrounded by someone completely... That can only lead up to ye old tales of betrayal.

So, she does as any reasonal dog would do.
Nods approvingly at Xeraphina, drops the food at her feet, and walks away. She should get going to that job soon, anyways.

As soon as she's out of view, she transforms again. It's not like there's any... shame in transforming, but it's weird to explain. Kinda weird to look at as well.
She adjusts her bow, allows herself to smile just a little bit, and heads for the door. Which still has the wound of a Xeraphina Kick. They should probably get that checked out. Where do you get stuff like that checked out?

Wy just finishes guiding another prisoner through the necessary walkthrough of the place when he spots a familiar little fae boy. What was his name... Revry? Revron? Something like that.
"No luck finding your partner?" He asks him, hoping so sincerely that he wouldn't like... attack him or something. Fae can be fierce people.

Thea stands by awkwardly as Rosaline and Alex begin conversing. She didn't mind other people talking - Rosaline's voice was fairly pretty - she was just... always so confused on when to break in. Especially when the bell is ringing and she can't stand being late oh my God.
"Um... our class begins.... now?" She whispers, hoping to be heard and not to be at the same time. It was weird.

Val scribbles on an imaginary notebook with an imaginary pen. "Interesting, interesting," he notes, mostly talking out loud to himself. He does slightly pause on the last bit. "If you... don't make the jump?"
It was as if he completely erased the thought of people getting hurt.

Thea stares at Alex completely unfazed. "Joking about school is never funny. Once you get marked down as a late student, you never escape that kind of reputation." She shutters. Were Area High kids really that rebellious?
She completely changes her facial expression as Alex introduces himself, now filled with one of awkwardness. "Oh yeah, man! I've totally seen you before." I have never seen this kid in my entire life. "My name's Thea! Although... you already know that if you heard my aunt shouting at me."

Val looks up at Harper in deep concentration as he listens to her. He nods inbetween, clearly deeply invested. As Harper paused, he audibly gasped.
"You were framed for a crime you didn't commit?! That is so unfair! The ones who framed you can have a word with me before they try that again!" He puffs out his chest before gaining a childish twinkle in his eyes. "How was... the roof-jumping, though. Was it cool?"

After gulping down her third piece of meat, Geira can't help but wag her tail. It's not as good as celebrating it together with everyone in her pack, but it's still good foo- Wait. Hold on a minute.
Geira takes a deep breath, sniffing for everything and everyone around the house. Xeraphina's scent still lingers around the door, but it is definitely also around one of the other places of the house.

She practically smacks herself on the head. She'd been so rude to a pack member for no reason. Whether the girl was a wolf or not, she is still part of the Elliða household! She doesn't have to be friendly to her, but politeness and decent wolf manners is what makes the world go round.
She takes a pack of meat out of the fridge, scanning the kitchen for any and all tools. Humanoid creatures use tools to cook normally. Cook food. She can cook food.

...

She does not know how to cook food. Does she have to ask Xeraphina now? Does she know how to cook? Can she teach Geira? Yes. Yes, Xeraphina is probably a good cooking person human. She just has to get a push. But... how?
Thinking back to all the stories she heard in her lifetime, one particular fact pops up in her mind. Humanoid creatures love... dogs, right? They feel at ease with dogs. So if she just... Casually strolls by where Xeraphina is in her feral wolf form with meat in her mouth... She would feel at ease enough to accept that they are part of a pack now. And cook. Technically.
Yes. Yes. This is what we're gonna do now.

Transforming swift and fast - although quickly missing the feel of thumbs - she softly places the meat in her mouth and strolls around in search of Xeraphina.

Thea instantly crumples up inside, her smile from before now looking extremely strained. If she were a video game character - which, she for the record, isn't - she would be about to lose almost all of her HP. This kid can really throw his punches with his words, huh?

"Yeah. That sure is me," she says through her teeth. She does perk up a little as she hears the word 'Social studies'. "We're in the same class?! That's awesome! Lead the way, my man!"
She throws out her arms. Both of them. She retrieves them again when they start to hurt. The symptoms of weak nerd arms are worsening at every second.

Val sniffs as he fully relaxes onto the hand on his head. He checks his clock for good measure, though.
"It's the second period now... Only one more till P.E.," he smiles. "Do you have any good stories or something? It'll still be a little while."
He widens his eyes a little.
"Preferably child-friendly."

Pokémon wise, I would say the very first Pokémon Ranger or Pokémon Pinball. The first Ranger because it often gets overshadowed by the other two in the trilogy, although it's still a delightful game, and Pokémon Pinball (Ruby & Sapphire) because... for a pinball game, it's really good! There's bosses and everything!

In general, I really liked Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin and thought it had a big fanbase. It... doesn't. Which is a shame! The characters are fun and creative, the whole game is absolutely beautiful and the controls are great.
I would also put Miitopia on here, but it has steadily been getting more attention since the remake on the Switch. Which is good! Play Miitopia! It's a good game!
