	Apparently, the "fish meter" doesn't rise unless the yellow bar is slightly underneath the Magikarp silhouette- not sure if it's a Chrome-exclusive thing (Chrome 50.0.2661.102 m), but I'd like to know if it was intended to be this way. Does not work, but does. [Read more]
