"After it!!" Lance screamed in frustration. When the two of them leaped over the bushes, they found a whole herd of Psyducks, with the angry Golduck in the middle. "Overheat!" Impulsively Lance exclaims. This impulsiveness causes Magmorter to look over in confusion, how could using a fire type move on a whole herd of resisting opponents be a good idea. think I'll start shorter for my first rp post in like 50 years) Rickley's chest heaved as he snored, his body slowly being propelled off the couch and onto the hard stone floor with every heave of his chest. Thankfully, Giratina had noticed this ahead of time as it arrived inside the temple, and thus prepared a portal on the floor of which Rickley would fall onto. This portal had connected to the ceiling of the temple, which wasn't as high up as many other temples. "Hot Rod, Go! Flamethrower!" An enthusiastic Lance exclaimed, his expression was almost sinister looking. With a grunt the Magmorter heaved a bright beam of fire, and in his head he begged that no trainers would pass by, overhearing his embarrassing nickname. The two had been challenging wild water type Pokémon for a whole, with the hopes of training Magmorter to overcome his weaknesses. (wait actually this was pretty long, I think ?) [Read more] |

Nickname: N/a TBRP'd Age: 19 Gender: Male Appearance: Rickley is quite thin and lanky, he sports blond hair tied in a pony tail and grey-ish blue eyes that seem to always be fixed in a surprised expression. He wears an opened up gray sweater that seems way too big for him, revealing underneath a black shirt with red stripes. His lower half he wears black pants and gray shoes. This outfit, of which he had painstakingly put together using a local clothing store so that he and Giratina could have "matching outfits". At the end of it all, the store now has a bit of hate for Rickley, since they didn't appreciate him asking every single day if those exact clothing pieces had come. Personality: Rickley has a lot of phobias, thus making him jumpy and nervous in situations/locations he isn't accustomed to. But he isn't in any ways shy, in fact he is quite talkative an uses humour to deal with his fears. Relationships: Giratina(Friend) Legendary or Mythical: Giratina Magic Ability: Able to travel back and forth between the Distortion world and the Pokémon world via portals, allowing him to escape from situations that makes him nervous/jumpy. Other: Nickname: Although no fixed nickname, it's guardian tends to make up temporary ones from time to time. Age: Since Arceus created the Creation trio around the beginning of the world, Giratina's age would be around the Pokémon world's age. Level: 65 Gender: Genderless Pokemon: Giratina Appearance: Basically a normal Giratina, except the red parts of him glow, faintly under other lighting(lamps, the sun, etc.), and brightly without it. Has no use, just decoration more or less. Personality: Due to guilt from wrecking havoc in the Pokémon World when it was first created, Giratina has acquired a strong sense of duty. But because of this in other's eyes it has also become emotionless. The only bit of emotion that can sometime be found is it's uncommon sarcastic remarks. Relationships:Rickley(Friend) Trainer or Guardian: Rickley Attacks: Shadow Force Outrage Iron Head Tailwind Other: Nickname: Heat Weaver King, no one ever calls him that, but he wishes people would Age: 16 Gender: Male Appearance: Lance has spiky ruffled light brown hair and tanned skin, he has thick brows, brown eyes and a sharp pointed nose. Lance has an orange t-shirt underneath a orange brimmed grass green vest. He sports camo pants and dirty previously white gloves. All of his clothing is singed a bit, due to his ability. Personality: Lance is easily agitated, impatient, and has a (although he'd never admit it)superiority complex. These qualities have led other to believe him to be impulsive, violent, and not the brightest bulp. But aside from being a bit(pretty) violent, he still has somhow retained a very sharp logical thinking process underneath all that. Relationships: Magmorter(His Pokémon) Team: Magmorter Magic Ability: Depending on the amount of anger/frustration and emotions of the like he feels, his body begins to heat up. When truly mad, his body effectively causes the area around him(about 5 meters around him, or around 16 foot) to experience the effect of a drought, plants drying up, water drying up, and if it isn't for his Pokémon his clothing would likely catch on fire. Aside from this, his ability also prevents him himself from burning. Other: Nickname: Hot Rod, a nickname given to him by his trainer, of which Magmorter feels embarrassed about. Age: 15 Level: 36 Gender: Male Pokemon: Magmorter Appearance: A regular Magmorter, with a thick copper necklace holding a Charcoal, to power it's fire moves. Personality: Calm and levelheaded, this Pokémon is a direct counterpart to it's trainer, and is usually the one to calm him down after unnecessary anger. Relationships: Lance(Trainer) Trainer or Guardian: Lance Attacks: Fire Blast Flamethrower Lava Plume Focus Blast Other: Magmorter's Copper necklace conducts heat from Lance and further powers up Magmorter's fire moves by igniting the charcoal. Aside from this, it has learnt to use it's mouth to further siphon heat from Lance and power up it's cannons and fire moves, this skill has single handedly prevented Lance from becoming completely naked after an activation of his ability. It looks so sassy and adorable! @Lizz The shading on the little gear with legs character is so dramatic and well done. The way you colour lines is also just so vibrant! @-kookie- The angry little cloud is so adorable, and I also really like how you've drawn the hair mid flowing. @-Lance In both of them, the way you draw the folds in the clothing is absolutely stunning! @That One Skeletal Dragon Puking Rainbows Wow! Well, in my opinion it looks a bit stiff, maybe add a bit of an indent to indicate the neck just below the chin. Otherwise, it's adorable! @Pein Frick those are amazing!! Your lines are so clean and the way your colours seem to fade into each other is so - literally neat! @-Lance Wow! The way the clothes almost drift upwards is so dynamic! I also really like that little touch of the right slipper halfway slipping off, it's something that normally people won't think of adding, but adds so much if added! @Furret Nice earrings! That's honestly all I can say, since I know next to nothing about earrings and the process taken to make them, but from what I can see they do look a bit painstaking to make with the amount of chains and all. @Akirero Omg the colours! Woah the fur is so intricate! Although it might just be me but the way the hand holds the ball is weird to me?? It almost looks 2d to me personally. But other than that the anatomy is freaking amazing! @-kookie- ooh I like the new eye style! @-Lance That looks amazing! So much effort must've gone into it! @Liffy I've also heard a lot about art fight, and although I haven't yet made an account I plan to someday. Besides that, that drawing is very clean! @kitkat omg that avi is hilarious, it looks so annoyed the colour choice for the watercoloured piece is really swell chosen, paired with the messier colouring and you've made something that looks as if it could come from some sort of flashback! It's really nice! o the small pixel is really adorable @JustAceCreative Nice pixels! Although the white background is a bit distracting tbh. The blue winged character is nicely done, although the background is a bit messy in my opinion. The drawing after that has a bit distracting background, but I think that's just because of the colour of the character. @lizz omg your pixel avatars are gorgeous! and that little character is so cute The shading done to the female character looks so- 3d! The way there's a line separating the shade colour and the base colour makes it look so good!! I also love the very dramatic shading done to the red eyed white coloured character, the choice of background colour is fantastic as well! @Nev~ I really like the use of backgrounds behind the characters, it really helps to bring attention to them! @-Snow- The first drawing's shading is amazing, the choice of using a purple toned shade instead of just darkening the base colour really helps to put a bit of mood into the drawing and help it pop out! @Furret small hand drill sounds so hard to use tho [Read more] |

Oh that finished product looks so intricate! All the anatomy and colour choices is perfect! @Salt I really like the last one, I think you did a very good job on that dripping effect for the halo! @Aki First of all, The fur shading on the pink character is so clean and three-dimensional. Second, whY ARE YOUR CHARACTER DESIGNS SO FREAKING AMAZING @Sentret Very nice! Thank you for the welcome! @fluttershy The drawing really well captures the positions of the two characters! Some critiques I'd give would be that I think the calves of the male character is too long, since usually the calves of humans are very similar to their thighs in terms of length. You can fix that by either erasing some of the end of the leg, or just shifting the knee join lower. Another thing is that the arm of the male character is a bit too long and that it bends in the wrong place. Usually someone's arm would come down to about half of their thigh, but in the drawing it looks as if the arm comes down to the knee joint. There is a bend around the base of the hand, from that I'm guessing you drew that to be the wrist. But for that to be the wrist you have to have it closer to the hand than you currently do.
