Literacy//Semi-Literate to Literate I do sort of a book format you see someone walking and they stop by a tree.... that sort of thing with speech included
Length and Style// Mid to long length. I'm not picky here but I usually give a few paragraphs in response. Short responses are fine as long as something drastic happens in that short time span. {{an attack/death etc}}
Interests/Genre//I haven't RPed in a while so I am just looking to get back into anything really. {{my characters are drawn in anime style}} I really like action though.. I kind of like to injure my characters XD
Maturity and Romance// Mature is fine (I am 26 YO) My character's backstory has some death and gore in it. One character is looking for female x female love and one is female x male love.

Sage.
Ever since she could remember Sage was always sensitive to the emotions of people around her. She could see their auras like a thick fog of colour surrounding each individual. At a young age she thought nothing of it, assumed it was normal, it was a regular thing like the clothes they wore. Until one day she asked her mum what green meant.
Mother - "What do you mean, you know the colour green, grass is green."
Sage - "I mean the people. What does it mean when people are green?"
Once she explained further her mother realized what she meant and sage realized she was not ordinary. She grew to learn the colours and read people's faces and actions to make a list of which colours meant what.
But what is green?

The first time she got possessed she was 5 and a half years old. It was another child who had died in their current home on the day Sage had been born. Right before her mother's eye she stopped colouring, arched forward and began to change. Her long blonde hair darkened to an almost black and her sea green eyes faded to such a pale vacant, grey they would be missed at a glance. The spirit within her hadn't learned to speak in her lifetime, she had been born without a tongue, so whilst inside Sage's body all she did was cry. Her mother didn't know what to do, she just ran to her sobbing child and embraced her tightly. After a few moments, feeling the genuine love of a mother, the spirit was able to pass in peace. This was a rather tame possession in comparison to what was to come. 11 years later, something else, took a liking to Sage as a vessel.

This new possession was violent but never towards her mother, she was the only person who could calm it down. She taught Sage how to lock it down through a lot of discipline and pain. The paranormal entity would come forward in her personality on occasion making her more daring as she entered puberty. It usually presented itself when Sage was having a bad day or had too many negative auras around her.

Sage came home from school early under the command of the entity and overheard her mother on the phone with her father. They had separated because he saw her abilities as a curse and couldn't stand to see her go through it. She entered quietly, stealth was one of her strong points like she was the ghosts she saw. Her mother was sobbing and her father was yelling. From what sage could hear her mother was losing her job and asking her father to help with payments but she wouldn't.
Father - "She's not even our child Joyce and what you're doing to her... I can't take part. I can't help you ruin her life."
The words struck deep inside Sage and snapped something in her heart. Was she adopted? Did her real parents give her up because of this curse she struggled with? Now not even the man she thought of as a father wanted anything to do with her and she was causing her mother to lose her job. She started seeing spots and hearing a ringing in her ears.
Sage - "I am a curse."

Toryn and Hanasai.

Toryn had protected Hanasai before they were even born. Their parents hadn’t known to expect twins because they only ever saw one baby in the ultrasounds. Hanasai was 2 minutes older, she got straight As, made friends easily and looked more angelic with every smile. Where Hanasai excelled however, Toryn was withdrawn. She wasn’t exactly mean she just spoke her mind and held nothing back. She wasn’t dumb either, she could get straight As if she wanted to, she was as smart if not smarter than her older sister she just didn’t feel the need to complete the assignments.

The girls were near identical, only their eyes and personalities told them apart. Toryn also was beautiful just not as innocent in her attire so guys usually didn't give a second glance. Hanasai wore long beautiful dresses that could make her look like a movie star or as innocent as child. Toryn dressed in men's clothing, usually their school uniform or a suit otherwise she'd wear punky leather jackets, plaid skirts over ripped jeans and big boots. They were both born heterochromic (their eyes weren’t the same colour) they each had one purple eye and one blue eye at birth. Until the day they lost almost everything.

The eve of their 17th birthday Hanasai was getting dolled up to go out while Toryn was reading the paper in the kitchen. The door burst open with such force it nearly flew off the hinges. 2 men dressed in black clomped in standing at almost 6 feet tall. Each one barrelled straight for their parents. One grabbed their mother and pinned her to the wall with such force she was knocked unconscious the other tied their father up to a chair. Toryn heard the commotion and barley had time to gather her thoughts before they turned in her direction. She ran upstairs to Hanasai's room and locked the door fast.

Toryn: Hana hide now. she whispered demandingly while pointing at the empty laundry hamper. Hanasai knew that tone meant not to mess around and she did as instructed. Toryn threw some clothes on top of her sister and whipped around as the door swung open and hit the wall. He looked her in the eye as the second man came up the stairs. He didn't have to say a word and the first man knew what he wanted. Toryn saw their faces and had to pay for that. While the first man had searched for her the other one was torturing and killing their parents. They each grabbed one of Toryn's arms and the first man swung a blade connecting with her left eye. Her once blue eye filled with blood as the vision darkened. He was just about to swing again when a scream came from the front door. Their neighbour had peaked in upon seeing the door wide open. As fast as the scream ended the second man was down the stairs and chasing her down the street.

Toryn took her chance and grabbed the man’s knife. She stabbed him fast and tossed a shirt over the his head where he fell before pulling Hansai out of the basket. She motioned for her to stay silent and keep her eyes closed. Toryn was careful not to let her sister see her injury, she kept her hand over Hana's eyes and guided her swiftly out the back door pausing only for a second to take in the atrocious site of their parents on the floor. Once they were away from the house she let Hanasai move and see freely. The time rolled over to midnight and as the town clock chimed Hanasai looked her sister in the eye. "Happy Birthday sis." They said in unison with no cheer at all. In the pits of their souls they knew life would never be the same.
