Now, I will be giving you three pokedexes, which will help you record and store data on the pokemon you catch, and to catch pokemon you need pokeballs." Professor Maple handed out the pokdexes and gave 5 pokeballs to each child. "Will you need a tutorial on how to catch pokemon?" Professor Maple asked, somewhat knowing the anwser to his own question.

"I guess, it'll be easier if we were taught first." Amalin anwsered.

"Hm...I don't know." Amalin said.

"Oh, I guess you're all here!" Professor Maple said. "Then, allow me to introduce you to your potential partners." Professor Maple went to the pc and took out three pokemon, and placed them down on the table. "Now, these are not your ordinary starter pokemon, and these ones are based off of what you will be helping me with. The first starter, Woobat, is a Physic Flying type. the second one is Sewaddle, a Bug and Grass type. The Last one is a Zubat, a Poison and Flying type. We will be going from who came here first." Professor Maple looked at Amalin. "Amalin, you are first."

"Okay." Amalin chose the one on the left. "I'll choose Woobat."

"Alright, then it's Lindsay, then Ivan." Professor Maple said.

"So, how long until they arrive?" Amalin asked, getting the slightest bit impatient. "I kinda want to get my first pokemon, mainly because of my curiosity and my tendency to get impatient."

"Well, they should be arriving, you just have to be patient, still" Professor Maple chuckled slightly "Why don't you talk with Lindsay? You might as well get to know everyone a bit more, or even get to know someone new."

	Amalin ran up the path that headed towards the Professor's lab. I wonder what will be there, and who will be there? The region is vast, and we have roads for people who don't own pokemon, so anyone could get anywhere in this region! Amalin smiled at the thought of meeting someone new at the lab, but pushed it aside once she reached her destination. [Read more]

(Okay, We start in first town, and are getting are starter pokemon. The town is called 'Newleaf Village' if you wanted to know.)

"Amalin! It's time to get up! You have that job to get started on, remember?" Amalin's mom shouted, waking up Amalin from her light sleep. She was excited to get on with her job, and start exploring the region.

"Okay, I'm coming!" Amalin responded back, heading downstairs to grab something to eat. She wondered what her first choices were going to be, because from what she heard, they were different for every group. Heading out the door, Amalin grabbed her backpack and her lucky scarf, and went for Professor Maple's lab.

Hey there! Welcome to the world of Pokemon! In this world, there are creatures called Pokemon. Pokemon live alongside us, they work, play, and even battle with us! My name is Professor Maple, and I study Pokemon, but not just Pokemon, I study the bonds between Pokemon, and how we can achieve magnificent things such as mega evolution.
