Title: Chapter 13 ~ Apprentices

I was next to cloudkit trying to comfort him for it was our day to be a apprentice. After cloudkit told us he didn't want to be a warrior but a medicnce cat he told dark star and Silverstar. They both approved of him doing so. All the kits lined up. Honeykit Palekit angelkit me cloudkit grey kit blackkit Lynxkit Lightkit and then at the end Firekit. Both cats jumped up the high rock and called a meeting for us all. We all were lined up already and were being cleaned by our mothers but me and my brothers. We didn't have a mom or a dad. Well we didn't know them. I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at the cats as they told me to go up. I went up and saw black legs. He was a grey tom with black legs and blue eyes. He looked at me and touched noses. I was called snowpaw! Snowpaw! Yes my eyes gleamed with happyness as my smaller but older brother Angelpaw's face was a red after he touched noses with his mentor lighting heart. I shook my head at my brother. Now cloudkit was last Silverstar called out "a young kit with a interesting life has chosen to be a medicnce cat!" Honeypaw and firepaw looked upset a little. I thought 'were they upset about him not being their mate?' Moon feather the medicnce cat and nightclaw the other medicnce cat touched noses with him as their other apprentice 'snail paw' smiled purring "welcome."
