"I don't know what kind of pills they were either." She rolled her eyes. "Typical Kowai... to have executions prepared for all of us ahead of time. She was prepared for every possibility. But that is a good question... who died first, Kowai or Suko? It's hard to answer, since we didn't even know Kowai was still alive."

She nodded to Majikaruman. "Exactly. It most likely was Suko's... unless it belonged to the killer?"

Suzume tapped a pen to the side of her face. "I see. I couldn't find anything in the kitchen as well. So... The knife was clean? That's a bit odd... So maybe it's not the weapon? Unless it was cleaned. No, there's no evidence of them being stabbed..."

"What was with the bodies being in the pool?" Koda asked.

"I think it was to just cover up the blood, but it didn't do that any favors," Suzume answered.

"Curious," Suzume murmured. "How much blood was there? The real question is when Suko and Kowai died... And how? Wait. Suko boarded themselves up in the room there... So it's possible the killer broke in, or Suko exited through a place other than the door? If there was blood, it seems Suko was either desperate to get out... Or the killer did something there."

Koda thought back to the pool, struggling to remember... Was there anything of importance?

"Niwa, did you see anything of note in the bathroom? And Maji... Did you notice anything else? Why would there be a knife," she murmured. "Was the knife clean?"

"Okay then," Suzume responded. "Something I noticed is that there were bullet holes in both of the victims...so it's possible they were shot to death. The question is why were they in the water?"

Koda thought long and hard. "Uh, I dunno. To wash away the blood, maybe?"

Suzume nodded thoughtfully. "Maybe... Everyone, please. Share everything you know that might help with this case." Although I have a few suspicions...
