It's by far my favourite pokemon game! I had zero interest in pokemon games since Sun/Moon since I hated the direction they were going but L:A is/was so fun for me.

My favourite part of the pokemon games is shiny hunting so it's like the perfect shiny hunting simulator lol, I love that you have to complete the tasks for the dex (even if some are annoying) and I much prefer running around and stealth catching pokemon than battling them.

I wish there were more pokemon in it. I might like another Legends game but it'd really have to live up to the charm of Arceus. I'm still playing after 159 hours to 100% the dex and get every shiny

Berries


Get rid of every single lvl 1 berry you have, that's you're first goal with any new berry.
After that, keep leveling up the berries until you get to level 5 of each berry, stock up on level 5 berries then keep going until you reach level 15 for each berry, then again, stock up on level 15 berries for each berry.
This is your goal, keep this in mind and have fun.

Ps: you can lay off the Cheri and Kelpsy berries for now, just focus on the low level ones.

Shiny and Mega reminders

Shiny Breloom, yes, evolve them, is going to me named "Mars". The reason behind that (if you ever forget) is because you are naming it after the God.
Mega Banette = Kaneki, for several reasons I'm sure you won't forget.
Slaine = Shiny Arcanine.
You still have to hunt shiny Vulpix -> Ninetails since that won on your last poll, though I think you should do the poll hunts after the characters.
Ling Yao = Shiny Snivy


What do you think, should we keep it just to first names for characters or should we put their full names in? Maybe it would be easier for others to understand since everyone has their own opinions and will probably have different pokémon to fit the character... Hmm... I guess figure it out when it comes to specific characters. Maybe you could put Slaine's last name in there, and the others should be fine.

STORY TIME!

At the most recent convention over here I was waiting in line at one of the anime stalls and this girl infront of me was taking SO LONG because she was talking to one of the people at the stall and I was getting so annoyed because in front of her was a Hetalia art book that I really wanted, so I didn't want to leave and come back. Anyway, she grabbed a few things and KEPT TALKING and she said she was going to buy everything she was holding... then out of nowhere "Ah, I might as well buy this" and she picks up the art book and pays for it. I was so mad I'm sure it was apparent. I walked forward when she left and felt awkward so I stared at some Free! merch until I'd calmed down.

I wanted that book so badly ;_; I have a Norway poster, that's it. I can't really afford to be buying merch though...

The only reasons I'd read a fanfic is if it is a very popular one and has received a lot of praise, or if a friend recommends one to me. I do agree that sometimes you'll find a fic that's out of character but is a really good piece of writing nonetheless.
I also enjoy historically accurate fan works, so I guess I'd enjoy those, but as I said I enjoy doujins more and I can't quite explain why ＼( ~∇~)／
Bésame was written by the same author as Auf Wiedersehn, and I embrace all shipping, especially crack shipping so I'll make a note to check Giving In out later.

I plan to one day read Auf Wiedersehen, Sweetheart and Bésame Mucho. Emphasis on the "one day" since I want to read them because of the feels but then I don't want to read them because of the feels. I mostly read various doujin and tend to stay away from fanfics, since I don't usually agree with certain shipping and the use of characters by fans (like depicting a character the wrong way, making them do something they'd never do, etc.)

Eh, I know this is a huge topic change but I need other people's opinions since I am very conflicted over this matter.

I'm assuming you all know what 2p!Hetalia is, and for those (if anyone is) who are very involved with this side of the fandom, I need some help with a cosplay.

I'm going to be cosplaying 2p England at the convention in my area in July. I haven't gotten to actually making the cosplay yet, but I'm trying to plan all of this out early. I know what outfit I'm going to wear and what styles of clothing I should buy/make but it's his hair color that I am conflicted about.
I have seen a number of 2p England cosplays which are fantastic, but the problem is that half of them have pink hair, and half of them have blonde hair. Since I can't find the specific color I want, which is halfway between the two colors (believe me I've searched everywhere) I have to choose between them. I do have my own reasons for both colors and have adopted other people's reasons as well, but I want to have a wide range of opinions so I can make it seem somewhat accurate (even if he isn't an official character). It's okay if no one has an opinion on this matter I just didn't have anywhere else to ask (≧∀≦)

That's a bit disappointing. The very few things Himaruya has mentioned about them is actually quite interesting and I hope there are more developments in the future. Especially since I know near to nothing about Czech Republic and Slovakia.

It's very generous that you're doing this, but when I enter your friend code my 3DS says "The friend code is incorrect.". I have taken the correct procedures and tried to register you a few times now but it's still not working. Has this been a problem with other people?

Oh no anything but Davie ;_; I guess content like Davie being more out there would make other fandoms (and people who haven't watched/read the series) take the anime and manga by itself more seriously but we don't need those feels to come back. It'll be awesome to see the special events animated, but I agree that some older strips need attention.

Yea, Twinkle isn't a mistranslation, since the title was written in English, that's the actual title of the new season. It'll most likely be based off the newest chapters, though I do hope they cover Nero, since I'm really liking this historical segment! I wonder if they're going to go with the same art style used in BW or it's going to change?
