"It's still a good idea to mask your scent so they won't see us coming," Hazekit replied, looking down at the river. It had a faster running current than he remembered....

Hazekit also remembered he couldn't swim.

Well...this was for Swirlkit, right?

He dipped his front paws into the water, then slid in, but only at the bank, flipping around and twisting himself in the water. He yelped as he began getting sucked away by the current and quickly ran out, shaking hout his wet pelt. "Yuck, it's cold..." he murmured, shivering. "The leaf-green sun should dry me off soon, though..."

That current was scary, so the two definitely did not want to get sucked into it or it would be bye-bye for three of the Clan's kits. He took a deep breath and leaped onto the rock, landing almost perfectly on it.

It helped that the rock was only about a foot away from the bank, didn't it?

Hazekit on the other hand was probably the world's worst liar. He couldn't lie about anything; and if he did, he'd end up telling the truth later out of guilt. It was basically a lose-lose situation.

So instead of agreeing, the fluffy pale gray kit nodded, putting his head in his paws and counting to ten. He opened one eye, scanning around for Thundercloud(or any other cats for that matter), before bounding towards the bush Lilykit was in.

The pair headed towards a tree, hiding behind it before moving onto another tree, then another, and then another until they were hidden by the tall plants. All they would have to look out for were patrols, which they would hopefully be able to scent and hide before getting too close.

"My mom taught me a trick about masking your scent," Hazekit smiled, his pale blue eyes bright with excitement. "It will be wet, but at the scream, if we splash around in it for long enough, our DuskClan scent will wear right off!" He eagerly hopped to another tree, not having such an amazing adventure ever before, for he was usually stuck in the nursery with Orangevine. "We can roll in some leaves once we get to HollyClan territory and pretend to be rogue-kits!"

Hazekit had gone to his mother for a little bit, because she wanted him to help her with who knows what. Maybe his mother just wanted to check on him, for she was a little overprotective.

Suddenly, he went back outside of the nursery to see all the kits scattering around, and Swirlkit missing. HollyClan warriors were running out of the Clan; what had happened?!

"What did I miss?" Hazekit asked, shocked as Lilykit began to whimper into his tail. He nudged her with his nose, trying to comfort her. "Where is Swirlkit?"

Tokko smiled as the Sliggoo trudged out of her hut, a cloth containing two pecha berries in her slimy hands. He thank fully leaned down and ate them, a smile returning to his face as the juice of the berries cured the poison almost instantly.

"Thank you!" He chirped, "I feel great now!"

However, although he was happy, the Dragon-type lowering her head in front of him wasn't happy at all. Does she feel guilty? He thought, frowning slightly.

"Don't feel bad!" He said, flapping his now clean wings happily. "I'm all better now! It was an accident on both of our sides anyways, right?"

The Togekiss had taken a splash into the stream as he waited for the snail Pokémon to return, happy that the slime had washed off of him with ease now. However, he had started feeling groggy and gross, instantly being able to name the feeling; Poison.

"Ack..." he muttered, hopping out of the stream to dry his now wet but slime-free feathers, hoping that the berry the Sliggoo was talking about was in fact a Pecha. He fluffed his feathers once more in an effort to dry them faster before sitting down, waiting patiently for her return.

Eclipse headed towards the Paradise Plaza, the Octillery trailing behind her. She could hear little suction noises as he walked, which was actually quite funny.

Hazekit stretched as he entered the clearing, still a bit tired from having just woke up. The sunshine streaming into the camp wasn't helping his cause of sleepy eyes, instead making him want to keep them closed more than anything.

A familiar she-kit began bounding over to him, and the little tom flicked his head over to the voice. "Hi, Lilykit!" he meowed, his fluffy, pale grey fur shining in the sun as the kit stopped in front of him. "Yeah, sounds fun!"

It had been quite a while since he'd played a game with the other kits; or so it felt that way. His clear, pale blue orbs flicked around the clearance, looking for the others. "Where are the other three?" He asked.

Slowly but surely, the slime began to drip away from his feathers. Oh, good! He thought, continuing to fluff and shake out his feathers. It was a slow process, yes.

The Sliggoo looked awfully embarrassed-and upset-which the Togekiss didn't want at all. "Hey hey, don't worry!" He smiled. "Look, it's starting to come off! It wasn't your fault anyways, I wasn't looking where I was going, haha! I'm just so clumsy, aren't I?"

Her nervous expression didn't change, and he really did wish he could give her a hug ~~except he has no arms~~. Visiting her hut seemed like the best idea at the moment.

"Would this come out if we went to the stream...?" He wondered, following her to her hut.

"Aw, that's sweet of you to say," the Espeon smiled, her split tail flicking happily. "It's nice to meet you, Artillery. Your name sure fits what Pokémon you are." A cheeky grin spread across her lips.

The invitation to the village seemed like a fun idea; her partner, a Lopunny named Lyari, was probably off causing mischief like usual while she had been lounging around. "Alright, sure!"

She stood up, shaking the sand out of her pelt, and padded beside the Octillery. "I'll lead the way."

"Oh, thank you," Tokko replied, but it was a little hard to grab things with his wings. In another effort to clean his feathers, he puffed them out, hoping the slime would at least come off a little bit...

Nope, it didn't really help.

The slime felt really weird, and, well, slimy against his pure white wings and chest, and he couldn't get it off due to his basically immobile wings. Darn those things, they were only good for flying.

Not only that, but he was starting to feel a little...odd, cringing at the feeling. "Urk...weird..."

"Oh," he murmured, blinking as he tried to wipe it off with no avail, for his wings wouldn't reach the patches of slime. Tokko's cheeks turned slightly rosy in embarrassment as he was unsure how he would get all the slime off his wings. He didn't want the Sliggoo to feel bad, though...
