Hello everyone, to celebrate the oncoming holidays (not everyone celebrates Christmas) I will be holding somewhat of my own Advent Calender/raffles! How it Works I will try to do this every 2 days instead of everyday. The form of my Advent Calender will be in the form of a raffle. The prizes may or may not vary for each day it can be in the form of PD, art by me, pokemon or even something more special. c: I will use a random number gen. to pick the winner(s). Each Advent "door" will last 24 hours and ends at midnight EST time. C: I'm interested, How do I enter? Just post below saying you want to enter (see how to earn entries below) You can earn entries different ways: 1 Free Entry (just say you want to enter) 1 Extra Entry for advertising my Calender via feed on PH (Link back to this thread, and include hashtag #yuusraffles) You only have to do this once (e.g. you posted a feed to enter for the first day, for the second day you do not have to post another feed) 1 Extra Entry for each of the following: Follow my DA, Twitter or Tumblr. (please include your your account name on that site e.g. Mine is Fuusumi(twitter)/Yuucchii(PH) like so. Entries that are not formatted properly will not be counted. I have changed the date the commissions will be opening, I'm super stressed and I don't want to distract myself any further. Instead commissions will probably be opening on Dec. 13th on Sat. (GMT -5) or late december 12th (same time zone). Also; commissions will not probably not be started until the 19th. Since that's the day I go on break lol, for anyone interested. Well I would say there "aren't" really any benefits to being a wiki helper if you look at it. The benefits are really just you get a nice user banner (this signifies you are a staff member, it does not give you an advantage in-game at all or anything). That's about it, unless you count donating your times to write articles as a self-benefit. Wiki helpers do not get premium accounts unless they buy them. You have be at least trainerlevel 15, your time on this site was not mentioned in the requirements and therefore I don't think it would matter. [Read more] |

Wiki helpers don't really "cite" images. All images come from official pokeheroes sprites (everyone already knows they are from gamefreak originally I would assume). Screenshots would not need to be cited either because the wiki is part of pokeheroes (only contains information related to it) so it "can't" be plagiarized in a sense. [Read more] |

Firstly, I find the current contact link system very simple (good) but inconvient to edit if I want to change anything. Right now you can add a link and then simply delete it if you wish. Other than this it really can't do anything else. Suggestion: Be able to edit your links once you've already made them. This would include re-ordering them, changing the visibility option, re-naming them. Right now if you want if I wanted to rename my "My art shop" link (to Art Shop) I would have to delete it. Also I have a fetish of alphabetizing and therefore I would have to delete all my contact links and re-enter them all just to organize it. As you can see you can't edit anything once you've made the link except delete them. I find this very inconvienent to use right now, so I would actually rather just link my links on my profile then ^^; with BBcode. ~Thanks for reading and I hope you support! • "Event Pokemon" article - (Event Pokemon in general) • "Union Room" article • "Item bag" article • "Friend list" article • "Storage Boxes" article - (Must include "Bill's House" information) • "PalPad" article • "Party" • "Battle Shop" article ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ That means that you can pick and chose from this list and then you will be evaluated on what ever you wrote. You can't choose to write on anything that was not listed. So basically article=topics. As for writing anything, make sure your are concise and that the information if helpful to the reader(this sounds like a no brainier lol). For example in the DW shop article it isn't written with uber detailed things like a walk through of how you actually send a plushie to a friend (which would be gaining the points, entering the user name, adding a message, and them receiving a notification). This information seems obvious and simple to understand for people who know English so it was omitted from the page. For aesthetics it doesn't need to be fancy with ribbons and fancy dividers. The information is usually just divided in major headings and smaller sub-heading for more elaboration on that subject. (You can try to Emulate that feelings by using horizontal lines and different text sizes ^^) Include images if you think it is necessary. I hope this helps you and anyone else planning to apply!
