Jack, whom was one of the mutants, was walking around in the huge city. "I hate this. I'm just another hybrid monster." Jack whispered to himself, he looked around. He didn't notice anyone, well at least he thinks. He lifted a pebble and sent it flying towards a building. "Ouch!" He said, even though it was small and light it hurt to send it flying quickly. Jack then walked into a restaurant. He sat down.

(To make him less overpowered, the speed also matters to make his body even more stressed.)
