The things on her head are slightly narrower, longer, and more upturned than those of the average Inkay, and on them she wears a pair of chunky milk-white earrings. The luminescent spots are pink, and, somewhat morbidly, are made to look like the cuts made in squid when it is cooked. She wears a pink and white hat resembling ikayaki on her head and has a beauty mark on her left cheek.
Personality: Callie is very cheerful and excitable, and usually sports a grin on her face. When by herself, Callie can become upset and prone to overthinking. She is rather fond of puns and uses them from time to time, a habit that tends to annoy her cousin. She is also optimistic and caring, thanking her teammates for doing their best regardless of whether they successfully completed the mission or not.

Personality: Toad is often cheerful, almost to the point of childishness. He is also excitable and prone to panic. He is also somewhat of a coward, although he seems to be actually aware of his own cowardice. Despite this, Toad still manages to be brave when the need truly calls for it, and often helps his friends on their adventures. In some cases, he is also accident-prone. Because he's accident-prone, it often gets him into trouble and forces him to adjust his attitude and fix the problems he unintentionally causes. Mirage wakes up and hears everyone else fighting. He brought several pieces of paper in case he needed to tell anyone something. He takes a piece, writes "Can you all please calm down!?" on it, and uses Psychic to show it to everyone, using his combo move in the process. He also attempts to dodge the fire that a Reshiram started. The little Mewtwo also writes "I know I'm not helping, but this is seriously not the time to be arguing... right?" He turns to Tapu Lele for guidance.

(There's a game called Splatoon. In it, you play as a humanoid squid called an Inkling. In the solo-player story mode, you fight these humanoid octopi known as Octolings. These creatures can transform between squid/octopus form - squid for Inkling and octopus for Octolings - and back to humanoid at will. The reason why Inklings and Octolings even exist in the first place is because humans were wiped out by rising sea levels.)

Appearance - Pearl is an Inkling with short, shoulder length cream hair that has pink tips. She also wears a cream-colored crown on her head that's pink at the tips. Her eyes are connected like Inklings, and they are a golden color. She wears black fingerless gloves and has a white sleeveless dress with a high collar and golden golden zipper that is pulled all the way up. Pearl also has pink tights and white boots that, like her dress, have golden zippers that are pulled up.

Appearance - Marina's hair is worn down with a light teal color at the edges. Like most Octolings, her eyes do not connect in the same way that Inklings' eyes do, but hers are a silvery color as opposed to teal as well as eyelashes. Marina also wears a pair of teal headphones on her head. She has a short black sleeveless vest, with the silver zipper pulled most of the way down and grey low-rise shorts and fingerless gloves.
