I would prefer you would not send payments before I have accepted you, so you will be receiving two warnings right now. One for not following the rules, and one for paying with something you do not currently have. I consider that a false payment. If you do not have the payment (whether is be an item, Pokemon, or PH Currency) at the time of posting, it does not qualify.

You could have avoided these two warnings by waiting to join until you had the payment OR stated you needed to make up the PD instead of sending 500 PD. I will be sending that back for now, but please send the full payment when it has been gathered. Currency is my only exception I allow to be stated before given.

I have added you to the list, but please send the full payment when able. Thanks.~

@Endy, I would say, being that the average Mega Event price, at minimum is around 900,000 PD for the Mega-Able, and above 1,000,000 for the Mega. I wouldn't know exactly, but it would make sense that the prices would be no where lower than those two I stated just now.

@Kalona, being that it is an easy rarity Pokemon but it was a Facebook giveaway, I'd say about 5,000 PD at average. If I am correct, you cannot find it in the Safari just yet. Hope this helps a bit. You might want to look into some trade threads that are selling them to get an estimate as well. ~~I really haven't seen anyone selling any, so I can't very well check what others base it as.~~

@Puru, it clearly states in the rules:

Just pointing that out. There's no need to post in the thread if you don't have an answer that you are rather sure of, and "I don't want to take a chance" isn't an answer on prices. 	AngelFallenDreams, as I checked your PokeDex, you do not have a Shiny Zoroark, so that is a warning on you for false and fake payments. Please edit your post with an actual payment. EDIT: I will accept the gems but not the Zoroark as normal Pokemon are not needed. The GE is up. [Read more]

Mascot Name: Oscar the Tuatara
Mascot Appearance: Oscar is an olive green looking lizard native to New Zealand, a Tuatara. While his spines are a more pale green, he has blue eyes to complete his cute looks. He sports his favorite yellow shirt with a Papahu symbol on it in a lilac purple color. While he carries and normally wears his Triple Twist Maori necklace, Oscar seems to be full of spirit.
Mascot Personality: By the looks of him, Oscar seems very free spirited, and he is. He is rather peaceful and stands for what he cares about. Even though his species is endangered due to the possible Kiore threats, he refuses to bow down and let them conquer him. He is optimistic and always looks for the light in every darkness that comes his way.

ThePearlyComplex, sorry but the minimum payment allowed for PD is 10,000. If you could edit or change your payment and let me know as well, that would be great.

That One Meganium, accepted as well, just please tell me exactly what 10 gems you will be sending so I can set the GE up.

How this lottery event works is your payment goes towards the Halloween Baggies, and you will not know what is in the baggies entirely except for the hints in the little quote for each one. When it comes time to the end of the sign ups, I will go through each user and give the 'payment' prizes away to everyone.

Sorry but I believe I will be done with this thread as of now as you cannot tell me it was allowed to be nothing but pointless constant "selling these dragons" posts over and over (up until this recent rule that was added) but a simple comment as to my life (which didn't even need to be commented on, it was rhetorical either way) is not allowed. Have fun and good luck selling your dragons, good bye. I just find that rude that there cannot be any other comments except 'selling this'. There is such thing as life offline and that's exactly what matters.
