Blinking in confusion he stayed hidden, how was she able to speak russian so well.? Then it was like a lightbulb lit up over his head. She had mentioned that she didnt come from here didnt she? Perhaps thats the reason.? She couldve originated from Russia and that could be the reason for her perfect Russian. Did it amaze him.? Yes. Simply put, it did quite a lot. Perhaps he should ask for lessons someday.

Kori eyed the picture and text, well not so much the text.. more the picture. He thought that the person on it seemed somewhat familiar. Still... even if he were to think that at the current moment, He couldnt seem to piece two and two together. The pieces were to scattered, and he wouldnt even know how he should begin pieceing them together. Still he looked at her again, once more noticing Ayana´s ... panic.? Was something happening, was she scared.? He didnt know.

For the duration of the walk,Kori had been following her up until he noticed her shiver slightly , was it too cold for her perhaps.? Did she seem paniced too.? He didnt know, and was about to ask her if anything was wrong. If she was uncomfortable perhaps, but before he could do so she spoke up again, so he .. decided to ignore it for now. "Oh believe me you´ve had me at air conditioning.. lets get out of here." He nodded slightly, his mother had always made it look like he had some kind of sickness, that resulted in this kind of vulnerability to warmth so the students wouldnt see him as that much of a freak. Well.. many still did but at least it didnt seem like he was perfectly healthy and just randomly passed out if it got too hot, but the students and teachers would have an explanation for that

Elemental Burst: Just like his mother, the vision bearer that the vision originated from, Ákos´s Burst heals and deals damage, yet instead of a field of dandelions, all he manages to summon are leafs, which sometimes seem almost dead, or like the ones you´d see in the early days of winter, or the late autumn. Thats because of the crack mostly, but also his insecurity. ("Assist me...please")

Elemental Skill: When it works, he can summon a light breeze, which carries fresh wind into the figtht, his skill pushes enemies around him away and buffs the Defense and Attack of his allies by 12% for 15 Seconds ("Mother.. would have wanted me to help")

Personality + Backstory because clearly I cant write one without writing a backstory: As the Son of The Dandelion Knight (Aka Jean because I can and I assume she died sooo If I may?) of the Knights of Favonius, He held great pride in seeming on fleek and always on point, not wanting to disappoint people while he was around them or his Mother. Whenever she would be overworked, he was quick to swoop in and assist her in doing her work, or just overall aid people that requested help all over Mond. Yet once the fatui took over the city he once knew and killed his mother as well as many other knights in front of his eyes, he ran away in protection of the night, using the Anemo Vision granted to his mother by Lord Barbatos, which he had picked up while fleeing, well...not picked up but rather taken back.

He was sneaky enough and offered enough money to the right people, who didnt think that a cracked vision would continue to work, so he was able to get it back after some reasoning and speaking, as well as spending most his money. When the Fatui noticed their mistake, not only were the people that gave him the Vision killed, as well as any of their connections, family and all,but they also tried to get the Vision back into their posession, the commands were clear and violent but the agents were still willing to follow them, they had caused harm to many, why not one more. Yet they failed when He was nowhere to be found, having left monstadt just hours before they could figure out who had the jewlery now.

Sometimes he worries that the vision wouldnt even respond to him, after all it was his mothers once, and he was never able to use one himself. The Vision only glims lightly, responding to his touch faintly, if he werent related to the vision through his mother it would defy him. While he was out on the run, paniced of course, as anyone would when they were out and chased by murderers, he made his way up to dragonspine and has been hiding there and around the cliffs leading up to the icy mountain ever since.

Elemental Burst: With one of his hands, he summons something that resembles a deer, looming over him usually after he summons him, its height is around 7 feet. Its fully made of water and dashes foward, crashing the enemies and causing hydro AoE all around the enemies hit (Kinda like Childes Riptide if you hit a crit with it added), Applies A Constant Hydro effect until hit with an Elemental Reaction or simply another status changing effect.

Elemental Skill: Water surrounds his blade, dealing Hydro Dmg, while more relying on his physical damage, giving him a slight buff with each swing, buff stacks up by 5 % with each normal swing, stackable 5 times, Buffs by 25% of attack stat.

Personality: He´s cold and considers many things personal attacks easily, yet if you get to know him he can actually begin being nice to you. He seems to be quite concentrated during most of the times you´d see him in Liyue, yet most of the times whenever someone would see him, he´d either seem dozed off or just lost in his thoughts.

Appearance: Toyhouse has more Pictures (I hope)

Other: Relys on Raw strenght most of the time, but amazing with any hydro related combo,
Just because I came up for them His artifacts would be: 2x Pale Flame, 2x Heart of Depth, Cup with Physical Dmg+

More extra Information: Neptune originates from Inazuma, He and his brother went to Liyue after the Inazuma Archon´s decisions began to get worrying, as well as the rise of the fatui. Theyve lost each other though over the years, now they dont even write anymore, no answer follows Neptunes worried letters, He doesnt even know if they reach him.

"My mother was contacted by one of the teachers, the reason was ... I think I missed too many days of school and basically if I were not to attend this event I´d get kicked out of the school. soo.. Being the rather weaker one, physically at least, He was easily pulled up. "very well then.. lets go dance-" he smiled, he knew a few moves. Although there werent many he had planned to learn, he did in fact learn most of the things he knew at home or through the Television, one of his best friends over the years growing up. Kori was sitting by himself, he had been present long enough to be recognized. The black dress shirt he wore to look a little presentable contrasted his skin like none other, and he regretted wearing it to the dance. Plus.. it was way to warm in here, seeing as the students were all emmitting enough body heat for him to get uncomfortable even if he sat at the slightly opened gym door, a cool breeze rushing in by him. On the inside he cursed himself for coming here, he knew he could be skating right now, that would at least be cooler than sitting here doing absolutely nothing.

He looked around, counting the people, seeing if he recognized anyone,. Of course, you´d know the names of classmates, yet there were people that brought someone close to them, parents for example, friends from other schools perhaps too. Why not. A dance is something big and fun for most people. But Kori just wanted to get out of there. Oh how often he had thought of just sneaking out of the door besides him? And how often had he calculated the possibilities of the attending teachers stopping him.? Way to often to bring that up clearly.

He noticed Ayana, who seemed to be looking at him, after some time of thinking and turned to face her shortly.

Once Kitsune had grabbed his gloves, the criminal walked back out of his Appartment. He looked around, glanced for something... anything to peek his interest. Nothing. Nothing interesting. Was it time to hunt another classmate of his.? Or was he too impatient.? Had enough time passed between his last and next attack on the hero society.? He lept up to the appartment buildings rooftop, looking around as he adjusted the fox mask strapped to his head, hiding hif face, except for the cheeky grin on his lips.

Hero Name: Sheer Cold (Can also be 1 word, I just like 2 words here :D)

Appearence: A tall male, build rather lenghty, not many muscles can be seen on his body, yet his strenght is still there, so he´s not someone to be seen as defenseless. He´s pretty pale, and if one were to not know that he´s as white as a ghost naturally, they´d assume he was sick or something. He has black hair, which is cut in an Undercut and his hair parts to the side in the front, covering one of his eyes . He mostly wears normal clothes, Sporty ones sometimes, but often just normal hoodies and jeans.
(but his eye is fully covered up)

Personality: Calm enough to not fully freak out when forced into a stressful situation, yet not fully hardened against influence from outside. While people mostly enjoy having him around, his attitude to things can be annoying sometimes and his demotivated demeanor can be seen as unpolite sometimes. People would call him rude too, yet he can act nice if he were to make up his mind and do so.

Superpower: He has the ability to create and control Ice, his abilities mostly cover forming It into figures that come to life for some time as well as freezing enemies that frustrate him or come to close. Instead of Fighting at the full front he knows that due to the limits of a possibly heated battle he´s better as a supporting force, freezing enemies is more of his strenght at the beginning of the attack, yet with time he can work on his skills .

Weakness: He cant stand fire, or warmth to be in fact. In summer he´d stay in his room most of the time, especially when he wasnt able to control the ice that formed around his covered eye. The first few summers he was home schooled simply because of the heat issue, then he was sent to High school once he could halfway withstand it long enough to get home. Still he always has to watch out, and make sure not to get too close to Ice.

Hobbies: Other then doing school and balancing his power, he likes to cool off by doing skateboarding, he´s quite a good skater, having been doing it for ten years and not really loosing the fun with it he can often be seen skating around the park or other things. Skating can also be a good way to escape a situation which either is highly dangerous or just uncomfortable to him.

Tenshi leaned back, upset that she'd have to waste her time getting through the test instead of.. Fighting real Enemies. She looked around, maybe she could find some allies. Or.. How people referred to them...Friends? She got up, ready to change into some Clothes that would be better use in combat, yet kept her Keen eyes Open for ...anyone to associate with

Kitsune let out a shallow laugh, he fueled his quirk with one of the lower ranked Villains he sadly had to associate with. Once the burst flew back to his hand he Scoffed, had he seriously cut his Palm with that thing.? He Glanced at the slight trail of blood, frowned underneath his mask then walked back onto the streets, Keeping in the shadows and having taken his mask off, he made his way to an appartment building. Luxurious looking truly, yet the living conditions sucked. It wasnt Anywhere near the luxus he'd want to live in, yet considering the fact that he had broken out of his arrests twice and was a villain, he knew that he really shouldn't ask for good treatment.

Fiddling with one of the keys in his pocket, he searched for the correct One to put in. His hands hurt, a few cuts ran over his fingers. He'd have to bandaid these sometime later. Lucky for him he was aware of the pair of Gloves his Work supplier had sent him, back then he never needed any but now that he seemed at ease with the job and the Pros were starting to Actively fight him, his hands would get injured more and more.

He tried to remember the first injury he had, one of his former sparring Partners broke one of his bursts. That day was the first of many broken fingers. That... Was the first of his victims. Pro hero... What was his Name again? Kitsune tried to remember abd yet.. That Person was so unimportant to him he couldnt even remember his hero Name. Another, Lighter laugh escaped his lips, his voice melodic and Smooth like always, he could probably seduce many with his words. Oh and he knew that. How Else would he get information so easily. Talking was one of his strenghts, even if it didnt seem that way at first.
