I don't think that there is a need for such a list since it is the same for the regular pokemon as well. Can you breed the pokemon the event is based on or one of their evolutions? Yes -> you can breed the event.
Can you not breed the pokemon the event is based on or one of their evolutions? No -> event can't be breed.

Or you take a look at the pokehereos wiki (yes such thing exists, it is under "community") and look for their egg groups.

The suggestions being supported is a bit depend on how useful or received it is. Some are absolutely not received in a good way others are but are still not being implemented after years. A couple of these old suggestions where or are going to be implemented (e.g. Delibird service, friends only feeds, other GTS,...).

No support. There is either the possibility of you remembering when the auctions end or setting up a real or somehow installed alarm clock. Those thing also exist as add ons for browers.
The comparison between one for the auctions and the one for the honey tree or also for the wonder trade is absolutely useless. They are working in completely different ways while the already existend clocks are for reorrcuring events, one being always at the same time and the other way also reminding you of the tree in specific intervals. The one for the auctions would remind you of the end of auctions. For a possible comparision the honey tree clock would have to send you a notification if there is a pokemon at any time which it definitely doesn't because that would make the whole thing way too easy.

If you want an alarm clock buy one, download one or use an add on.

Definitely no support. The third garden is nothing you absolutely need. If you want to use the berry garden you already have one you get for free (?) and another one you could buy for a cheap price. The third and also the one for premium users are nothing more than luxury.

I'm pretty sure shiny hunting was just an example how to get PD fast. Another one would be thinking about what this site is. It is an adopting and interacting site and many ways to get PD are connected to those two.

I have to say that I have the feeling this suggestion is of the type 'wanting the benefits without doing the work'.

It is permanent, I can send my rumblers there. Your suggestion for these is to have a special rumble area, which we already have. The only problem with that is that it never was obtainable again after the first time. We just need another event so it can be distributed again.
Your point about needing a new area is invalid, we already have one and this one is permanent. It just isn't obtainalbe anymore and that is the problem.

	There is a special rumble area for Poochyena, Zigzagoon, and Taillow, it's called route 102. In a way they were distributed twice, once hatchable out of normal eggs and once through obtaining this rumble area. But I would like seeing the rumble area distributed again since it was 2 years since this was available. [Read more]
