Through all of Lance's insulting, Magmorter, who had known of mtyhs and legends, gradually became more and more worried for his own safety.
"No, you're just a meowth!" Lance yells stubbornly. Giratina slowly begun to regret bringing him here,
"Arceus, if I may ask...
Why did you choose this-this- rude obnoxious brat?"
At this Lance growled, "What do you mean a brat? You're just an edgy overgrown ekans"

After some time, Giratina and Rickley once again found the their earlier person. A spiky haired boy with their Magmorter grouchily sat outside an ice cream shop, licking the frozen desserts in anger. Carrying with them were the charcoal item, of which it seemed they had just bought. The boy's clothing was soaked wet, and a puddle was forming below them.
"That's the one, right?" Rickley asked Giratina, who responded with a nod, "Well, then we shouls just go and introduce himself, his purpose in life, and then bring him to-" Before Rickley could finish, Giratina formed a portal underneath the boy, and the two watched the expression of shock form on both the boy and his Pokémon's face, as they fell into the portal.
"Too tedious," was Giratina's answer.

Lance and Magmorter fell into the purple area, and they saw just a glimpse of a purple world filled with swirling islands, as they screamed in horror and dropped into a group of people, Pokémon.

It suddenly dawned on Rickley that Rani had barely been present in Gaurdian meet ups and the such, the only way he knew her was from the llist of guardians he kept on his wall, since there were quite a few. Meaning that there was a chance Rani did not knew him, since he wasn't that active either. "Wait, you seriously don't know me"? Meanwhile Giratina acknowledged Meloetta, and the shorter girl's answer, then it quickley turned to Arceus, "If you would like I can open a portal to get you through." He suggests.

"A-are you ok?" Says a concerned Rickley, as he says Giratina outside decides it can't fit in the door, and so passes through the wall via a portal.
"It's Rickley, although it has been a long time and the last time we had one of those pool meetings I missed half of it. And now that you say that Rune, I'm really concerned for our names-"
Hearing Laura's complaints surprises Giratina,

Rickley knocked on the doors to the house, Giratina had suggested they visit this house since apparently it held both Rune and Rani inside of it. And so it suspected they had found some of the ones that were chosen.
The two had thought they found one of the chosen earlier, but were distracted trying to dodge a blast of water, indicating the one they found were in battle. After that, they could no longer find them. And so they decided to check here.

"You need to work on your reaction time." Giratina advised, Rickley had been jumping from portal to portal, and accumulated quite the number of bruises from hitting into walls. They eventually decided to have Giratina handle the portal, as it has approximately thousands more years of experience.
Suddenly, Giratina shifted, "I feel a group of them nearby, around 2--or 3??"
"Can that really be called a group?" Rickley asked
"Yes", and Giratina advanced towards them, thinking making a portal might be too frightful for the ones that are chosen.

Rickley jumped up,
"It's a new day" He exclaims, his internal clock was always a few hour behind others in terms of sleeping, so he was fully aware how woke and busy every one else probably were. As he woke, Giratina circled around him,
"Finally," it sighs, "Enough time has been wasted, it's best to start searching for those chosen, or at least make sure they even know they're chosen."
"Wait how do we know they're chosen?" question Rickley,
"I have faith that Arceus left some indication for us"

(Alright)
The two trainer and Pokémon ventured back into the forest, with Lance bragging to an annoyed Magmorter about his accomplishments in his dreams. However the two's chatters where short lived, as they stumbled upon a Mudkip that seemed to look peculiar, and was asleep.
"Hey hey, why's this mudkip covered in red paint. Ah doesn't matter to me-Let's wake I up and beat up this thing !" Lance finished evilly, excited to continue his water type hunt. FIrst, he tried poking it with a stick, then he tried shouting, finally he could no longer take it and yanked it out of the bush, revealing it's huge gaping gap in the middle of it's chest.
The two screamed in horror.

After the pool disappeared, Rickley turned around and muttered to Giratina,
"Huh, wonder what kind of dream", and to this the ancient dragon looked back to the pool,
"Arceus is a wise deity, I believe the dreams will be what the trainers need to see, while also sending the message of their news".

After a long messy day, Lance grumpily threw himself onto his bed,
"How dare that pesky insolent twerp call for back-up, how is that any fair??? I've been chasing that thing for days, and it just escapes, and it just gets it's freaking buddies to gang up on us. Stupid little -" He muttered on and on, with Magmorter sighing.
That night Lance dreamt of beating up the Golduck, while the poor thing tried to say something about Arceus's news for him.

Rickley suddenly awoke from his deep slumber, unfortunately, he awoke to the sight of him about the fall. His initial fear outweighed his sight and so he created a portal without the knowledge of Giratina's own.
"Hy-" Rickley began, his descent into his own portal cut him off. Startled by his sudden movement, Giratina quickly followed behind into the Distortion World, where he witnessed a scared Rickley frantically making another portal to stop the surrounding islands from continuously forcing onto Rickley their own gravitational pulls.
In another area, a Portal was seen to open up and reveal a descending man, who was then swallowed by another Portal.
This man was soon followed by a giant snake like creature.
