Appearance: Diana is a whiteish Leadbeater cockatoo with a red and pink crest. However some parts of her feathers, like the end of her wings and the tip of the crest, is dyed purple. She wears a black jacket with multiple patches sewn on it and half her tail feathers are missing, replaced by rose gold copper feathers.

Diana carries a black umbrella with purple patterns, with a hidden mechanic. (see Abilities)
Personality: Diana is a kind individual. She considers others before herself and works well with children, often acting as a part time baby sister for the members of Dead bird studios, others complimenting her generous personality.
Prior to hat kid's arrival to Dead bird studios she wasn't forgiving, as she still despised the Conductor 5 years after the tragic event that causes her to loose her tail feathers. However after the Conductor saves her she learns from Hat Kid that you need to let go of things.

Diana, being an actress, can easily deceive others through her acting. She can make people believe she posses a different personality than the one she has.
Brewing Hat + Sprint hat
Both hats were a gift from Hat Kid before she left.
Brewing hat: A purple hat with a gold trim and ribbon. The hat grants the ability to throw explosive vials. The explosion deals damage to enemies and can also destroy objects covered in glowing 'warning tape'
Sprint hat: A Ladybug patterned Headband. Gives Diana roller blades that allow her to move faster.
Glide
Diana can use her wings to Glide. Self explanatory.
Hookshot
Diana's umbrella hides a hidden grappling hook. Also self explanatory.
Backstory: Diana was born in Alpine Skyline and grew up there. When she was old enough she moved to Dead Bird studios where she became an actor for their movies. The movie that made her famous was "Quadruple Retribution" where she played the Protagonist 'Agent Dragonfly'.
5 years prior to the events of Hat In time, while filming for the Conductor, an explosion almost injured her, causing her to loose half her tail feathers. Following that event she switched from dangerous stunts to DJ Grooves' lighthearted fun movies, and it was her acting that lead him to win Award 42.

Personality: (From Ahit wiki) The Conductor is a very loud and outspoken person, most of the time he can be rude and angry (but on some occasions speaks softly). He also has a disregard for the player's safety or anyone at all saying that it's for the name of cinematography.
