"No parasites have ever grown this quickly...so there has to be something causing it. It had to be something big, possibly a singular life form. If you can find a source like that, the whole species of parasites may or may not be killed off."

Ask grabbed a black and green messenger bag with a spotted pattern on it, threw some sandwich supplies and clothes inside along with fifty Poke Balls and left. While leaving, he tried imagining how much easier his trip through the region would be if potions were sold in said region, but he couldn't think straight enough to care about potions. All he could think about is what that child had, how it worked, how it felt, and what kind of parasite was controlling him? Budew was running laps around the room in the meantime.

Afterwards, Ask went back outside to see if his friends were still there.

The weird child was defeated. He started choking on something, then orange fumes came out of his mouth. He somehow became even more pale than before when the mushroom vanished from his head, revealing his eyes, which had no pupils, along with the rest of the face. He fell to the floor, dead, with a large hole in his head.

"Well, that just happened..." Ask stood there in awe, while his Budew began happily circling around him. The sad little boy ran off into the distance,

Ask was greeted by a five year old boy who ran up to him and hid behind his legs. But, what Ask didn't notice at first was a second, strange five year old boy. He had one giant, white mushroom over his head and shoulders, dry, hard, wrinkled skin, and very lifeless movement.

"Holy cow, what is that...?" Ask and his new Budew shook in fear. The little boy didn't have any reaction to it. He just kept walking towards Ask.

"I'm Jerry..." He coughed out orange smoke. "please be my friend..."

	(Nah, you're fine.) Ask's Budew apparently knew the move Extrasensory from birth, which is pretty rare for a Budew to naturally have. Ask thanked the Professor and walked outside with the Budew on his head. [Read more]
