Pokesona Design:

I recently found one of my old OCs and her bf (also my OC) and I figured what pokemon would they be? I just can't think of a design. So I need a design for Karah as a Milotic, and Maison as a Gyarados.
Here are references of what they look like. I would like them to be like their personalities. You can design a pokesona for just one of them or both if you want. Digital and traditional art will be accepted.

Karah Junia: Milotic

Lives in mid evil time period, Brown hair, golden eyes, loves fashion, (wears short poofy skirts and clothes with frilly lace, has a top hat and cane to match all her outfits, favorite colors are purple and turquoise, has a modern sense of fashion for mid evil times.

The Wizard Maison: Gyarados

Lives in mid evil time peiriod, black hair, light brown eyes, is a wizard, favorite colors are black, royal purple, and grey blue, Karah designs what he wears.

NOTE:
If you think they would look better as some other pokemon, feel free to make a different kind of pokesona other than Milotic and Gyarados. But please make their pokesonas similar in type, egg group, size, etc.

Also if you enter both pokesonas, please put them in separate entries. Your drawings are limited to one pokesona per entry. But unlimited entrys per post.

One shiny, megable, or event hunt of your choice (not including event pokemon or starters for shinys)

I will use event pokemon to breed for a regular shiny. But no event shinys.

There are 2 prizes. One prize for best pokesona design of Karah, and one prize for best pokesona design of Maison.

NOTE:
When I announce the winners you may palpad or private message me which pokemon you would like for me to hunt. But please don't post on the forum what you want. I would like the posts to be mainly just contest entries.
