"I dunno," LynxFur said hazily, "A lot of times others don't even accept half clan cats, I mean, they didn't choose their parents. A lot of others think kittypets live a soft, overfed life, which is true, in some cases, while some others don't want that," she said. "I mean I knew an ex-kittypet, and she had spunk, and I mean spunk. Also the father could be dead, it's a possibility." she added.

AmberClaw asleep being to dream, she was in silverpelt, and starclan cats were coming down. Nine cats appeared, they were all of her past friends, parents, and cats who played other significant roles. First was her mother, FaunPelt, with whom she hadn't had the best relationship with but still cared about. She touched her nose to AmberClaws head, "With this life, I give you Endurance. Use it well to protect your clan.", the ext cat walked up, her father BriarClaw, "With this life, I give you empathy. Use it well care for your clan." he said. She looked up nearly teary eyed, No, I can't show weakness, she thought.

SpiderLeg looked at his apprentice, "Would you want to go on a patrol, or practice your defense?" he asked, they had been hunting well and he felt that they'd only have to grab a little more.

LynxFur clenched her jaw ever so slightly looking at the ground and giving the occasional glance to Darkkit the entire way. Just as they were finally at the moonstone, her head was spinning wth thoughts. The moon was up so everyone knew they made good time. LeafWing gave her goodbyes as AmberClaw glanced back, with eyes that seemed full of regret, and entered the caves.LynxFur looked in the cave excitedly the shine of the moonstone was utterly beautiful. After the excitement passed she lazily plopped herself outside, her eyes heavy there were a few times she nearly fell asleep. "So, anything new come up?" she asked Darkkit.

AmberClaw walked inside, after this she would have nine chances to live, and nine chances to die, she lay next to the stone, drifting off to sleep.

SpiderLeg mentally assessed his apprentice, she was agile, had good weight distribution, and had perfect timing.

AmberClaw kept herself from asking and said "Were heading to the moonstone, we wouldn't mind if you tagged along," she said with a wicked grin, the kind the fun parent would give you.

We would!?, thought LynxFur, she didn't mean to be rude but this was suspicious. "Why were you with the rouges anyways?" she asked. "W-well, they said they would help me f-find them if I helped them.", LeafWing replied blankly. LynxFur sighed, could she be more gullible, could this get worse?

SpiderLeg was amused with her charisma, soon enough they would be practicing self defense and going over wat to do on border patrols. Or, he would be assessing her watching as she successfully becomes a warrior.

AmberClaw nearly let another growl escape her throat, "Those RiverClan fox dung," she muttered under her breath. AmberClaw gave birth to two kits with a RiverClan medicine cat, after a gathering they met up thinking tit was time for the kits to be born. There was a dog attack that killed her secret mate, and while weak she managed to protect her kits, however, she lost leafkit afterward. "What can we do?" she asked. "I just, I need to find them," said LeafWing warily.

"Where did you last see them?" asked LynxFur, "N-near the highstones at mothermouth," answered LeafWing. What would someone's kits be doing at mothermouth? Something is off, and I swear I'll find out. she thought giving a funny look like I dunno?, trying to play off her suspicion.

SpiderLeg snickered, he enjoyed Sunpaws enthusiasm, life wouldn't always be kind to them.

"I-I needed to do it for my kits! I-I can't f-find them.." the she-cat cried her eyes getting puffy, AmberClaw stood shocked and wide eyed, h-her daughter had kits!? "Won't your clan help you?", she asked, AmberClaw seemed to look desperate, scared, and alone. She couldn't bear seeing another one of her ki-children upset. Once BirdSong died SpiderLeg became depressed, there was nothing she could do about it, they could not know she was their mother, unless..

LynxFur became confused, for one where had all this sympathy come from, and two being kits? That didn't really explain anything. "What do you mean kits?" she asked, "I-I can't really say but i-if you help I will.", AmberClaw answered before LynxFur could get words out. "Yes we-Er, we'll help just answer.", the cat replied. "I'm LeafWing a drypaws, I-I had kits w-ith a...k-k-kittypet. A-nd I lost my kits! RiverClan would never help me!".

SpiderLeg continued trotting until he spotted a vole peeking from out its burrow. "Look! A vole!" he whispered crouching.

	Sujin fell back thudding against the ground. Leiko crashed hard to the floor, feeling as if she had shadow traveled to the other side of the world and back multiple times. "Hm?" she mumbled feeling hazy. Her head dropped as her eyes shut. She fell unconscious, she tended to have low resistance to things. [Read more]

Could this be Leafkit!? "Who are you and what are you doing here?" she asked, almost in a motherly voice but she stopped herself, turning it into deep growl.

LynxFur noticed, she was distracted, this was RiverCan scent! "A RiverClan cat! I'd expect windclan at the very least!" she exclaimed. "I didn't ask you, I asked her." growled AmberClaw. "Yes," she said shrinking.

SpiderLeg smiled, "Alright we'll hunt a little more and after we give some to the kits, queens, and elder, we'll eat and go and a patrol if you'd like."

"Thank you!" LynxFur finally gasped. She continued flipping and clawing at the other until the marks would be permanent. She quickly shoved away the cat, the body thudding against the ground. She pounced atop the cat and bit the her tail. Yes, she was scared but she needed to be brave, strong, and courageous.

AmberClaw chased away the next rouge, finally noticing this cat had... RiverClan scent!? "Stop!" she yelled dragging the cats away from each other.

SpiderLeg watched sunpaws eyes shine with pride. His chest puffed up, he was very proud, but, he couldn't except any less. Sunpaw was an amazing apprentice, and maybe in about two moons she would become a warrior.

"Stay back will you! Why are you so darn stubborn!" growled LynxFur, she felt her claws digging deeper in the other cats back. LynxFur had a shallow bite on the cat and pressed harder until her jaws met. She let go and was nearly flipped off, releasing on of her paws she scratched the cats ears leaving bloody tears. LynxFur was flipped off, she landed swiftly on all fours and crouched pouncing once again. She now had a grip on the other's shoulders. She yelped as the she-cat dug her own claws into her shoulders. They were now on they were swiping paws at each other furiously.

AmberClaw almost went for the kill, she was restrained by the presence of the kit. Memories of the dog attack and nearly losing one of her own kits were flooding back fueling er strength. She flipped the cat, clawing as much as she could, these were sure to leave marks, the cat cowardly fled. leaving only the diluted calico sort and the black tom. Amberclaw launched herself at the next cat.

Spiderleg smiled, "Good job!", "It's nice, and plump, just what I excepted of you!" he said proudly the scent filling his lungs and scent glands.

AmberClaw smiled and raised her hackles as she watched the young mousebrain try to fight. She attacked another pale golden cat and almost immideitly brought him down. "C'mon! Give a challenge!" AmberClaw sneered

LynxFurs's back was also arched, raising her own hackles a loud growl escaped her throat, "No! You mousebrained fool!" she yelled. "Get back!" she added as she swiped her paws leaving a large scratch on a brown tom's face. A diluted white, brown, and red she-cat grabbed Darkkit by her scruff, her hazel eyes were fixed on the others, distracted she dropped her. Quickly enough, LynxFur growled, leaping onto the she-cat biting her neck, and digging her claws into her back and shoulders.

SpiderLeg smiled spotting a sparrow flying down from a tree. His pupils now looking like slits in his eyes. "Look!" he whispered excitedly, "You try!"

LynxFur kept looking behind to make sure Darkkit was okay, they could easily be attacked by the wind clan cats or just anyone, however, they should have a safe passage. "So, anything new?" she said trying to break the ice.

"Alright, watch this," SpiderLeg whispered as he put all his weight in his haunches. Now, his paws would have no impact on the ground. Once he was close enough he pounced, quickly biting into the mouse's neck. He almost started to drool, the scent of fresh kill was utterly amazing. SpiderLeg buried it saying "We'll pick it up on our way back,". "To hunt a mouse you drop in a low crouch put your weight on your haunches and once your ready leap and go for the kill!" he added, giving thanks to starclan for the food, he continued walking.

AmberClaw replied, "Well I think we're already caught up," in a cold dark, and gloomy manner. Just as she said that three rouges came up to them, all three growled, backs arched, and fur bristling. They were ready to strike.

LynxFur fought the urge to glare as AmberClaw almost seemed to giggle.

"Alright, c'mon" said AmberClaw, "I'll lead the way." she said heading out of camp.

"We should be there soon," SpiderLeg said. "I'm sure whatever you'll catch will be big and plump.", "Wait!" he started, "There's a mouse there!", "Don't be to loud, we might scare it away if we are," he whispered as he crouched down.

AmberClaw saw the two eat their herbs she nearly smiled at the disgusted look on their faces, it really made her wanna laugh.

LynxFur watched Darkkit eat her herbs, she nearly gagged while eating her own, "Told you so," she added,
"These really are gross," she said under her breath.

"Also when you can't get in a kill incapacitate its wings." he said, sunpaw seemed to be paying close attention, she was attentive, SpiderLeg liked that, he was proud.

LynxFur winced, moving back, she continued heading towards the medicine den. "These are gonna be gross," she whispered to Darkkit.

SpiderLeg smiled, "Remember with birds you pad up to the tree leap. Use your claws to bring it down, then bite it's neck." he explained.

AmberClaw watched the two, "The herbs?" she said grabbing hers, she quickly swallowed them, and they left and distinctive taste in her mouth for a few seconds, they weren't the best tasting things but they needed to be eaten.

LynxFur grinned, What a sophisticated little kit, she thought, "Well, let's get going!" she smiled.

I'll go get the others" Amerclaw replied walking away, she nearly bumped into LynxFur, a growl nearly escaping her throat. "We gonna go as soon as we get our herbs, c'mon." she said turning around and walking forward.

SpiderLeg trotted along, "I'm sure they'll be perfectly plump, I personally prefer thrushes." he said.

SpiderLeg smiled "So, what do you wanna hunt?" he asked as he began trotting. He looked forward his head high, wow, he was really there, alive, training his apprentice.

LynxFur looked down, "So, once you're an apprentice you'll be sleeping here, when you are be aware of your surroundings, try not to bring any sort of stench or sleep in someone else's bed. One of the main differences is that well, this is more of a den, not so much made up of branches." She was remembering the time she fell into fox dung, it did not help her reputation. LynxFur quickly shook her head shaking away the thought.

AmberClaw walked into the medicine den, serious and almost bored, "Are you done with the herbs?" she asked staring at the stone shelves filled with supplies.

LyxFur headed towards the apprentice den, "I stayed here for a while before becoming a warrior ya know," she looked around showing Darkit all the moss beds, I don't agree with this, if she were to get hurt... LynxFurs thoughts trialed off.

SpiderLeg smiled, "Wanna head to sunningrocks now?", he asked.

AmberClaw watched everyone from next to the highrock, she paid close attention, spiderleg was caring, sunpaw was trusting, the grey one was silly, the kit was proud, and Mothcloud her apprentice, and the rest of the clan were untrusting. She would have to do something about this, and soon.

Lynxfur sighed, "Jeez, your humble" she looked back up at the highrock the meeting would soon come to an end, "You want me to go back to the nursery with you, or do you wanna see the apprentice and warriors den?"

Spiderleg looked at LynFur, "LynxFur!" he chided, looking back at sunpaw he blankly said "Well, Amberclaw sucks."

AmberClaw looked down, "This clan meeting is over!" she announced sending everyone back to their dens and activities, "You two!" she called out to LynxFur and Darkit, "I'll need you to start getting ready I'll tell you when to head to the medicine den", she left trotting away.

Spiderleg was shocked, looking up at the highrock he stuttered, "B-but she's just a kit! What i-if she got hurt! That would be h-horrible!" he said his jaw-dropping.

AmberClaw rolled her eyes, these cats were so caring, if something happened to the kit then whatever, she needed to boost everyone's confidence for the final strike, starting with the most easily influenced. She looked towards the kit with an almost maniacal glimmer in her eyes.

Lynfur looked back and forth if she was going to actually do this she would need to keep her guard up, however, they should be safe, they were traveling to the moonstone, after all, starclan blesses all cats with a safe journey heading there. The only problem was rouges and loners, they presented a threat to all clans. Lynxfur glanced at Darkit, "Sorry about the kit thing, " she whispered, "but are you sure you want to do this, you'll have to eat disgusting herbs," she added.

Spiderleg looked at Sunpaw grimly as he sighed, the new leader would be AmberClaw, every cat knew she was tyrannical, why would mothcloud choose her, he thought.

AmberClaw had a wicked grin strapped to her face, "Yes," she replied, "I shall take.." she glanced at spiderleg with another warm but almost worried motherly gaze, the kind they would give to when you're all grown up. She quickly saw his missing leg and shook her head nearly shrinking back in fear and regret. "You there," she said, pointing at Lynxfur, "and, you" she added pointing towards Darkkit in the nursery.

Quickly Lynxfur shouted "Me!?", and then "how do you even see her! She's just a kit! In the nursery", she lowered her head and whispered "No offense,"
