Personality: She's very focused on schoolwork and her magic, so she sometimes comes off as a bit rude or distant, though she's actually very affectionate with her few friends. She's not very used to social interaction, and thus she usually is very quiet or takes awhile to answer, if it's not something academically related.

History: She grew up with a very prestigious family of witches and wizards, and she always worked hard on her magic from a young age, often helping her sister hide the fact that she'd had no magic, which would've gotten her 'removed' from the family, and Peridot would've lost her only friend. She was home schooled until recently, due to a sudden change of heart from her parents and is excited about meeting new people and making friends, even though it's without her sister- who's currently at a 'human-school- after their parents finding out she was magic-less. Peridot worries about her constantly.

She's pretty good at most forms of magic, especially illusion, but is awful at healing and attack magic, though her familars can transform into more vicious 'attack' forms.

Personality: He's very quiet and reserved, and he often looks like he's ready to start a fight, though he's actually very kind and gentle. He's bad at showing the proper emotions he wants to convey, and often ends up frightening others.
Appearance:
He's able to give himself human legs, but perfers not to. It grosses him out.
History: He grew up on a small jungle island, with several sisters and his parents, with only a few people who live there being unrelated to them. He often spent his time alone, reading and caring for small(and sometimes large) animals, until his parents decided to send him and his younger sisters to a monster school.
