so basically Shinies would have a 1 in 500 (or if this get implement whatever chance is seen fit) to appear as a pair in concentration, so if the game has 18 pairs (like in hard), each individual pair will have a chance to be shiny. (both cards would appear shiny but only count as one shiny)

the shiny would double the payout of the game, if there is more that one, each pair of shinies would increase it by .5
Example: 0 shinies = 1x, 1 shiny = 2x, 2 shinies = 2.5, 3 shinies = 3x, etc.
